The hotel needs updated and repaired. The rooms were too hot or too cold. The staff was very friendly and helpful. Convenient location.

I went to a fiber festival so I didn't have a room or eat food (food allergies) there. The restroom (2 of the three were perfectly acceptable) could have received a little more attention but the ballrooms and everything else was clean. I truly enjoy the Pittsburgh Creative Arts Festival.
