Needed a new dishwasher after my last one broke. Went to Don’s based on a recommendation and was able to get the dishwasher I wanted next day. No pushy sales tactics and a quick purchase process. The delivery team were nice and able to wrap up the job quickly. Everything works and the install looks clean. Glad I went to Don’s!

I was very pleased with my saleperson, Bill. He was able to determine my needs and I was happy with my selection of a clothes dryer. I also bought a washing machine in 2023 which has been an excellent appliance. Thanks!

Awesome experience. Andrew (salesman) was the coolest and extremely knowledgeable. The delivery guys were so nice and cleaned everything up, even the annoying Styrofoam.

1. This rating is based on the perceived value (although we have not used the items yet to verify).2. rating is also based on Andrew our sales person who was top-notch!3. Also, the rating for the delivery staff. They were friendly and everything I observed they were very cautious. I have not opened the cooktop yet but assume it is fine if they used the same care when loading. They had a great attitude.4. I also appreciated the app to track the delivery personnel And ETA.Highly recommend!

Very knowledgeable and helpful employees. I am absolutely thrilled with my purchase of a new vacuum cleaner. It was not cheap, but is a good value because it is actually worth the money. I previously purchased two less expensive vacuums from big box stores, and was so disappointed with their poor performance and lack of durability. Don's is the way to go!

Can't say enough. Excellent service in the store. Very knowledgeable about products and size. Great value. I was so concerned about delivery. The delivery was the best. Timing was fast, delivery drivers went above, were efficient and cleaned up. I am so very pleased with the store and delivery, will always go to Don's for any appliance needs in the future!!!!

Called to check prices and availability on a new stove and under cabinet mount micro wave. Bill was very helpful and knowledgeable on specs for each. The prices were competitive, included free delivery and expected delivery was 3 to 4 weeks because it was a special order.The only issue was the fact that my credit card was charged at the time the order was placed and not when items are received and scheduled for delivery. Not a big deal but it would have been better to hold the card and order the items, then charge the card when they are delivered. Also keep in mind the sales tax is higher than if I had purchased the items at my local Lowes or Home Depot.I think the sales knowledge and hopefully the service will be worth it.
