The hours posted on google are false. They are only open until 9:10PM Monday-Saturday. I am not entirely sure about Sundays hours. I walked in to this Dollar Tree on Wednesday, March 27, 2024 at 9:05PM thinking I still had an entire hour before the store closed but I was quickly met with an angry and rude worker standing at the cash register closest to the front door who said “oh no (I didn’t even ask her a question), we’re closed!”. Obviously I turned around and left but okay cool, why are the doors unlocked after you’re “closed”? Seems unsafe in my opinion. But hey?!

Cashier who checked me out today was on her phone, slammed down my basket, bagged my porcelain/clay items loosely in the bag with my other items, then got an attitude when I asked for a few more bags just to protect the porcelain. We all gotta work and I get that that sucks but could we be a little friendlier towards the customer? I have enough anxiety being in public..

Dollar Tree in Penn Center at exactly 2:25pm on 12/20/23 the sales associate Tina waited on me. I can't begin to explain how arrogant this person was to me for the second time. Her description is a middle age African-American woman she is quite tall. I go in there frequently and I have my working dog in my stroller and she constantly gives me dirty looks and my dog dirty looks. She has very little social skills or class to her at all and you could tell that she is very rude and very inconsiderate of others. I really don't know if she is a racist and I'm sorry to say this I am white and I kind of feel like she has some type of anger towards me. I feel very uncomfortable in Tina's presence. I am a high vibrational being I'm very kind to others but Tina very very condescending. I was polite as I always am and treated her with kindness and even gave her a tip. But I have another tip to give to Tina if she ever treats my dog or I arrogantly I will have a one-to-one adult talk with her. I will also report her to management. She also acted like I was trying to make her take my items out of my cart when that wasn't even the case I just wanted her to ring up two different bills one on my credit card one cash. Tina commanded me to take them out of the cart I wasn't expecting her to take the items out of the cart I was just waiting for her to ring my first order. Tina if you read this you really need to start treating customers a little better. Maybe you come from a family that was arrogant but I'm going to tell you it's not a good look on you. I do not do not like confrontation because I can get very enraged quickly. You will meet your match Trust me. I will try to refrain from using your line if I ever see you in that store again. However if there comes a time where you treat me rudely again it's not going to be a good situation Tina. Maybe you're not happy working there because you're not making any money I can't help that though you need to go get educated in a better job like me if that's the case. I will pray for you Tina God bless you

Store is a cluddered mess. Extremely understaffed which makes me feel bad for the other employees. A "quick trip" to this Dollar Tree turns into waiting in line for 10 extra minutes. Because of this, I usually opt to go next door to Family dollar.

I bought 15 zip bags. 5 of them broke out. I have to open it normally so that I can take it out. They don't do refunds anyway, but I went to have them exchange. but is he rude he shouted at me and said he wouldn't do it. The reason was that I had not opened the packages. How can I tell if the zip bags are broken without opening the packages? How can someone be so rude? interesting.

No issues...The store was somewhat junked up and unorganized but most of the Dollar Trees are in my experience. I had no trouble finding my usual items. Nice cashier.
