I normally do not leave messages! I have worked customer service my whole career and so darn disappointed! Arrived at this Family Dolllar with a smile, excited to celebrate my partner birthday! Of course, there was only one cashier at one register! She instructed me to wait by the balloons and she would be with me after helping 4-5 customers!! She told me to try and pick out balloons already filled! I didn’t like that idea I needed fresh balloons to last longer! Although I agreed, to help out the process! I picked out five b-day balloons. Ok, not a problem! I even offered a lady to go ahead of me! I had planned to buy 20 balloons! Cashier came over and helped the woman ahead of me and went back to the register and told me just a few minutes! Still I remained patient and choose out what I wanted and waited patiently as the cashier continued to check out customers,,,,,now she was ignoring me and I peeked over to her and suddenly she looks up at me and told me she could not fill balloons for me because “ her register locked her out”—- as she was still checking customers out! UGA! To her credit she was alone continuously checking people out without even lifting her head! I came into this Dollar Tree happy as a lark writing this review as she continues to blow up balloons! I ask her why did I have to wait just for you to tell me no more balloons……..her excuse this lady ordered these yesterday! I’m confused! Well,,,, is it bad customer service, lack of workers to fix registers or what? I’m forced to leave with five pre-filled balllons, I didn’t want! This will not deter me, I’m determined to leave just as happy as I came! Though I will not shop here again! Hey can’t beat the prices,,,,at a dollar store! Though good customer service is priceless, right?

Well stocked and fairly organized every time I've stopped by. Line can occasionally get long during peak hours. Solid dollar store overall. Great for seasonal doodads, snacks, toys/books for kids, and basic necessities.

I was there today. A 2nd register where the balloons are was opened. Typically they take the next person in line.The guy jumped in. I commented aren't you suppose to take the next person in line???.Then the cashier went out of her way and had the audacity to shout across the room asking the guy if he wanted come in front of me!!!I I informed her I WAS IN FRONT OF BOTH OF THOSE GUYS!!! When I mentioned that I got no apology she just totally was disrespectful and ignored me. It appeared that she did this on intentionally just the fact that she went out of her way yelling across the store for the guy to come in her line in front of me so she can wait on him if I had her name I definitely would have added it Lady get some manners and social skills that you are apparently lacking

Worst dollar tree n staff ever..line is 25 deep..opens new line n let's people who just got in line come right up while the people already waiting for 15 minutes are left standing there..typical minimum wage dgaf attitude

Was very SHOCKED at how clean and organizes this Dollar Tree is considering most of them (North Versailles, Penn Hills) are absolutely filthy!! This Edgewood location is the absolute best by far !!

I used to go to the dollar tree in east liberty. This dollar tree feels like a target compared to the last one. The staff is amazing and it is clean and organized. Products are often in stock here. I’m so glad I found a new dollar tree.

Every Dollar Tree I've been to can Reload my Chime card EXCEPT this one in Edgewood Towne Center. The staff is incompetent and ignorant. The store is trashy and very nasty.

I've been in here a few times. Last year didn't look too good. Maybe they got more employees because the store looks better. The aisles aren't as messy and the floor is vacuumed. I avoid going during rush hour. This place could use a small face lift though. New cooler or something.

This location happened to be in good order. They had everything I wanted except the spray Starch, it must have caught on that it's good quality Starch.
