“It’s a nice dollar tree store but every once in a while when i do come in the employees are very extremely nice plus at customer service the managers are very helpful to help out every customer with their checkout process”
“I have to say they have an associate there named Mansil and he goes above and beyond, and is the most pleasant worker there EVER ! He needs to replace the manager !! He will stop what ever he is doing to help a customer out ! I hope someone High up reads this and rewards him for his EXCELLENT Customer Service skills and his ability to make customers feel special. “I shop here probably 1-2 times a month. For the household basics. Now the dollar tree should be called the dollar and a quarter tree lol.. seems like most of the stuff is now 1.25$ can't complain tho it's still a good deal”

“There's a handful of Dollar Generals within a 10 minute drive from me and this one is my go to. They seem to have more staff than the others and are always friendly, and they are the most stocked. I can almost always find what I am looking for. I also like that they are open til 10 pm and actually close at that time unlike others that close at random times. I just wish they would treat their employees better”

“Nice people work here. I shop here because it is easy to get to for me. Amazing prices. The toy section could have a better selection, but it was still a nice selection for all ages. School supplies, cleaning supplies, a quick TV dinner and a few more for the deep freezer?. Cups, plates, cutlery, party stuff, candy, you name it they have it in some form. These places really are great. So what if the product isn't always the greatest? Remember, you paid a dollar and some change for it. At least you still got something right? Anyways, rant over. Great places, nice workers, you should definitely check them out if you are in the area!”
“Very polite and helpful cashiers. Store is a little crowded but I imagine that comes down from corporate ,saying get all merchandise out on floor...don't care for that practice. But store employees are very kind .”
“This Dollar General sold a wide variety of foods and household products. The brands of products were both generic and name-brand. The aisles could have been a bit tidier, but I easily found what I was looking for. Prices were low. My cashier was very prompt and courteous in his service.”
“I have been trying to find 2 specific items for months, I usually get them at Dollar Tree stores. However I have still not found them at any Dollar Tree . The third item I require is just as elusive as the other 2. None of these should be difficult to locate but for some reason they can not be found.A 2year calendar that shows a month not a week at a time, a sewn 3x5 mini notebook and glue sticks. See these are common items but I cannot find them.”

“This is a very huge store. Very neat and clean the aisle are wide shelves are well stocked. Well lit and cool inside although it is hot outside. Seems to have everything you need in here. They have a food section candle section. Not many carts and they are small just so you know.”

“This is probably the best dollar general I’ve been too. It is very clean, neat & tidy. It is not hard to find what you’re looking for. Most other dollar generals are so messy & unorganized but not this one! Thank you for caring about your customers & keeping a nice establishment. The employees are so nice as well.”

“A great addition to Carrick, but at the same time just another junk shop. It would be nice if it was better organized and maintained. We need more stores like this in this area that provide everyday products at good prices, however; we don't need more stores that just pile in product and don't care what kind of people come in to the store nor care how they behave when they're there.We need law & order, and we need organization, bottom line is that we need better stores and stores with pride. And, I'm not NOT not talking about rainbow ? pride, I'm talking about good old fashioned American ???? pride!I think overall this store will do well here, especially if they hire well. Time will tell. Hopefully, with the friendly and competent staff that they have thus far they will be able to prosper, but I worry about the hurdles they will face with the crime we have seen spiral out of control in the last few years.Shop Safe ??️????”
“The cashiers are always very helpful and very polite. Sadly they're understaffed. It's frustrating to wait in line when there's only one cashier. The store never looks done there's always boxes in the aisles that need to be emptied. My suggestion is dig down in your pocket and you don't have to dig that far as the owner or manager and get two or three people stock everything at night it's done you don't have to worry about it being left out in the aisles where someone can trip over it and you could utilize your employees to better serve the customers”
“Well stocked and fairly organized every time I've stopped by. Line can occasionally get long during peak hours. Solid dollar store overall. Great for seasonal doodads, snacks, toys/books for kids, and basic necessities.”

“I live just 10 minutes away. I'm there almost every day. Yes! The run out sometimes, but I'll wait. I shop there for me and my dog. Their 3 cheese tpast and pre=cooked bacon is to die for. Only $1 for bleach. Can't beat it.”
“This family dollar is close to my house, I can walk or catch public transportation. It's in a convention location with other shops. It's open until 10pm, if you need cash back, I'd recommend going somewhere else because at times they can't give cash back. They have a good amount of items that I need. It's as organized as it can get. Compared to other family dollars I've been to, this one is the cleanest. When you walk in, there's only a one way in and out entrance. Which I think is a good idea especially if it's really busy. But sometimes it can make me anxious because everyone is staring at you lol. I find everything I need. There are some items that aren't there but overall my experience is a good one. If I need help, the employees are very helpful. They have items for a very low price and I don't go in spending over. They have foods that would be really expensive at giant eagle so I usually buy from there and get the rest of my groceries from giant eagle. never had an issue. The wait time to cash out depends on the time of day as well as how many cashiers are behind the registers, sometimes 2 people sometimes 1 person from the time I've been there.”
“This is still a very nice Dollar Tree. They have added more products even saw brand name ice creams. Worth your time check store out for yourself. Expect to to see lots of items you frankly wouldn't expect.”
