Reported the death of my sister, the account holder. Gave them a death certificate. They keep the account open and even pay out. The balance at her death was $1.70. It is now in the negative - THEIR FAULT AND THEIR LOSS! Dumbest bank ever.

Very disturbing company Dollar bank gave me a home equity loan on someone else house and I did not want but now I have a ten thousand dollar on a loan for a house 300 hundred miles away , and I don't even have a job , Canton Ohio thank you for the free money

My Dollar Bank mortgage just arrived in the mail however it was in a "Bank of the West Paribas" envelope. Pretty sure this is a scam! Beware!
