Dollar Bank Crafton office rarely have enough staff to handle walk-ins. It's as if they schedule associates' lunch from noon - 1pm when everyone else is trying to rush to get banking done during the week ... and don't get me started on the weekends. Heaven forbid this branch figure out the higher demand for services on Mondays, or the last / first banking days of the month. That may require someone with common sense and a calendar.

An elderly friend of mine has some memory problems, and this bank branch takes extra time to make sure his accounts are secure. They even take time to walk him through making step by step changes with the utmost patience and understanding. Sarah and Sharday are unbelievable employees and a great asset to Dollar Bank!

In 12 months I asked 2 times for an overdraft fee to be removed. The charges were under $10 & the OD fee is over $36.They only did it once. Any other bank will help you, especially when it's not a common occurrence. Not this place. The woman on the phone could not be less empathetic. The credit card machines at stores always have a terrible time with dollar bank cards as well. It's just lovely holding up lines everywhere you go because they need you to swipe, put the chip in, swipe, swipe again, try the chip, try putting receipt paper behind it, swipe again, do a dance, add a drop of blood, cast a spell...ok, now put your pin in. That's what having a dollar bank card is like. Between that & the "sorry, we can't help you. Go eff urself" type of help down there, it's just not worth it. Go elsewhere...anywhere else.When I say I hate this bank, I mean it@ yeah, everyone is super nuce....until ur in a tight spot & a small charge overdrafts u, or ur toddler buys a game & overdrafts u. They do not care. Unlike every other bank, they will not remove ur fee, or stop it from occurring. They'll tell u to file an unauthorized claim, but that doesn't do anything bcuz the charges will continue to occur, they send u a new card & in 90 days u find out if they've decided to make u pay all 3 days of charges. When a bank "can't"...(u know they absolutely can) at the very least remove the overdraft fee for u so u can just pay the unplanned, unauthorized charge, so ur entire check isn't eaten by fees & ur able to feed ur child or pay ur bills, then there's something wrong. They just do not care about the customers at all! We r in a very "screw u" culture anymore. Companies used to care about the people they served. Companies used to care about the person behind the money. The one's that make them. It's so upsetting. I absolutely am switching banks as soon as I can. Trust me, if anything ever goes wrong for u, if the unexpected happens to u, if u have little one's that use ur phone or device's, if ur in between jobs, or anything at all, DO NOT GO WITH THIS BANK!!! It will save u a few headaches & tears. I promise!

I've had an account here since I was 16 and got my first job. Many great people who have worked there for years. Love seeing their familiar faces and personal touch. Debbie O has gone above and beyond with her service for my mother and myself. She truly cares and it shows. Checking accounts, mortgages, you name it. Go see Debbie and the team at Dollar Bank Crafton, where they have great service and build relationships with their clients.

Had a wonderful experience this morning! Debbie seamlessly assisted my fiancé and I to close down several obsolete accounts and consolidate finances into another existing account. We appreciated how friendly and courteous she and other branch representatives were. I’ve been a long-time PNC customer, and my fiancé is a Dollar Bank employee and customer. I would be more than happy to shift all of my banking away from PNC and towards Dollar Bank in the future thanks to Debbie!
