We've experienced great customer care from Branch Manager Eileen Misselwitz who helped us avoid the snaffus of treasury management dept and their mystery fees. She gave us personal advice, escallated to resolve a problem, and shared her great smile with us. Thank you Eileen.

10:30 in the AM. They have 3 tellers but 2 have their window closed, working on backend work while customers wait in line...then a manager comes up and gives the tellers drive through work while people in line are still waiting. Typical at this branch.
