I’ve been going to this Dollar Bank Branch since I was a kid. Even the 3 years I lived in Colorado I kept Dollar Bank around.Everytime I walk into this branch I feel as if I’m treated like Family. I’m not even close to their biggest customer but they make me feel like it!When I first we started going there Frank was the manger and he was great. Now the Manager is Devin & he is absolutely amazing himself. Any problem I’ve ever had he assists me and walks me through what needed to be done. All of Tellers are extremely nice & most even remember my name.I’ve been to lots of Dollar Bank branches but this one is by far the best. I Hope Dollar Bank sees the Hardwork Devin & Matt & Emily & All the Tellers put in here!If your looking for a reliable bank with GOOD people… HERE YOU ARE.

Please do not seek any help from these people's. They are not here to provide any help no matter if it's a mortgage, or an account. Wasted my 3 months behind them waiting and waiting and at the end they turned there faces back. Thanks to the people who are always on leave ( specially mortgage manager ). If we need emergency assistance, They ignore the call once they know who called . Employees are always on leave with a recorded message that doesn't help to anyone . Thanks to all other banks which does help and are at the service. Bummer for you. Lost thousands of interest that you could have earned, but no, we are not bank, we just keep money for showcase!!!!!!

I had the least friendly encounter on the phone today. The lady I talked to was able to explain why our mortgage payments weren't be processed as expected, but otherwise was not helpful. The mortgage payoff request process is overly difficult. The website is also awful, it's slow, clunky, and looks like it was designed in 2005. We used to have a checking and savings account here, we left a long time ago because we felt like they didn't want to listen to what their customers had to say. Now that we're paying off the mortgage, we will never have to deal with this bank again and that makes me happy.

After being laughed at by several banks while attempting to get a business loan, I went to Dollar Bank and they have been wonderful. Randy was able to work with me and get me the funds I needed. I have also switched my business checking and credit card processing over to them. The Bethel Park branch is where I make most of my deposits and everyone there is always friendly, helpful, and a pleasure to do business with. Most recently with the new cares act, Randy was able to quickly and efficiently help me secure my portion of the funds to assist with my payroll costs. I highly recommend this bank and this branch!

Businesses beware! While opening up our usiness account, I said that our only request is that we can do mobile deposit. Bank assisnt manager assured us of the possibility. After the account was open and our business transitioned to it, to our disappointment, we learned that the cashanalyzer app only works on Apple devices. Now we're stuck with this bank.UPDATE: Called them as you advised. Still in the same predicament. Have to take extra 40 minutes out of my day to get checks fromfmy customers to your branch ATMs. Thank you for your total incompetence and deception.

i thought one Dollar Bank was the same as another but I see that visiting here they are starting with new technology. This Dollar Bank has a drive through for convenience but since I needed to make a withdrawal I decided to go inside. Once inside I couldn't find any "slips" for either deposits or withdrawals. A teller called me to her window and showed me a "chip" reader which now takes the place of withdrawals. She told me to simply request the amount of money I needed to her and then provide ID. If I had my bank card on me then I could put it in the reader to complete the withdrawal transaction. She told me all Dollar Banks are in the process of this type of changeover. I don't feel comfortable "verbally" giving the amount I need since I'm not in a closed area. She said I could fill out a traditional withdrawal slip that she gave me or write the amount on a piece of paper then tear it up. Seems to me that defeats the purpose of going paperless. I got my money and left wondering why this chip reader card isn't sophisticated enough for you to enter in the amount you wish to deposit or withdraw. Maybe it could be compromised. Who knows? Regardless, I plan to return to my home branch in the near future and talk to them at length about account and card security. It is located near Washington Road with its over private roundabout entrance and exit and is close to Village Square. I don't bank here often but it's good to know what changes are in store and how to prepare for them.
