Im sitting in the parking lot right now looking for a different car wash. After spending $18 on their premium wash, I pulled over to the vacuum and there is still streaks of dirt all over the car. The least they can do is upgrade the vacuum. Extremely disappointing for the price. Too bad they got rid of the self service wash further down liberty.

Gets the job done, but I think it's a bit pricey. They used to give discount codes, but it seems like that has ended.

Do not use this car wash. When I had problems with a wash, the management was extremely aggressive and rude to me. It was shocking, actually. Steer clear.

I’m not normally a reviewer, unless leaving a positive review - but it’s gratifying to see confirmation of the issue based on the other most recent review. First let me say that I have used this wash for years and I am aware of how it typically operates. I recently became a monthly wash member for myself and my wife’s cars. Shortly thereafter I experienced an incomplete wash in the touchless bay where my vehicle was not properly washed or rinsed, leaving it covered in alkaline soap (which can and will damage the paint) and I chalked this up as a fluke. Trying again a week later it did the same thing so I took it upon myself to contact Stephen Todorovich, presumably the owner to let him know that his bay was malfunctioning. Instead of taking responsibility for it leaving my car covered in soap, he replied to me in at least 3 separate emails advising that the wash was changed to operate this way and that what I was experiencing was actually a feature of the car wash. Again, I have used this wash well over 100 times during my stint in Bloomfield and I know exactly how it typically operates. I also know what it looks like when my car leaves the wash entirely covered in soap. This is NOT a feature. Additionally I provided a video showing that the wash was skipping the most critical step: the high pressure wash, and I informed Stephen that it was clear to me that this was a cost cutting measure meant to skimp on the time a vehicle spends inside the wash. I offered every opportunity for Stephen to take responsibility for the issue, and refund me for the washes I wasted following this “upgrade”, to no avail. I was spoken to as if I’d never used a car wash before and as if I didn’t have eyes and a brain. Now upon reading the most recent review besides my own I see others are starting to realize the tomfoolery going on here. As mentioned I’ve been a loyal customer to this car wash for years - but no longer. I decided to leave a review based on the poor quality of their service and the poor experience I had when bringing it to the attention of the owner. If you’re looking for a good wash, find somewhere else.

I do not normally write reviews, however, I have had two terrible experiences with this car wash. I am an unlimited car wash member. After the first incident I was promised to be credited for a wash due to the machine malfunctioning and did not perform the entire wash. However, I never received the credit after reaching out to the owner multiple times. After my experience yesterday, I decided to post my review. I reached out to the owner several times and sent multiple text messages with no response.I was at the Lawrenceville touchless car wash yesterday. The customer in front of me was attempting to drive an 8’ foot truck into the wash that only has 7’ foot clearance. During his wash, there were several metal pieces that flew out of the back of his truck and didn’t allow me to enter the wash. I went into the wash from the opposite end to remove them so they didn’t damage my car (see photo below). I also left the pieces of metal on the dumpster so that it did not cause damage to anyone else’s car. By the time I was able to enter the wash, the door had closed and deducted one of my car wash credits. In order to re-enter, I had to scan my phone and used another credit. Still no response from the owner.

This is the worst car wash I’ve ever been to. $16 for the premium wash and my car looks like someone held a hose to it and called it a wash. Very disappointing.

This place is awful. One time the dryer shut off after only 10 seconds. They offered a free wash and gave me a code...it didn't work. Smh. Another time it literally didn't clean my car. I had to wash by hand right after. This place is terrible.

I've been going to this car wash for years and it always gets the job done. I wish the dryer would stay on a little longer than 90 seconds, but other than that, it's great!

Great self service car wash. Easy the system to pay and fast washing. We’ve used the touch free car wash, not bad the result. Next time we’ll try the soft touch and we will let know.
