Just had a interior detailed cleaning at Detailed Auto Creations and am very pleased. The interior looks like it's new! It was in such need of cleaning and vacuuming when I left it off, I wasn't sure it would ever be clean again.

I cannot express my satisfaction or gratitude to Brandon Orlando for his expertise abd for being just an awesome guy. Long 2 stories short. I purchased a pre owned highlander SUV that was a great vehicle on paper and a great deal late in the day on 1 of the snowy days in January. Buyer beware unit was parked under Pine trees fir 2.5 years and was hammered, the entire hood and roof had stains etched into the clear coat literally beyond repair. I was skeptical but Brandon did a couple test spots and accepted the challenge. He took my vehicle from an eye sore to the point it looked new. Then 2 weeks later a woman makes a right turn from the left lane w no signal and I hammered the brakes but there was still contact, she then drove off leaving me screwed. Brandon looked at it and said no charge he would hit it but it was sketchy and may go either way, he removed 98% of the damage because it was just in or on top the clear coat, and made it look new again. This double review is basically a story about knowing where to touch, how to touch, and for how long. Thank you guys for being awesome, good work ain't cheap and cheap work ain't good, thank you for the paint correction I am proud of my vehicle again.

Let me preface this review by saying that my car was extremely dirty when I brought it to Detailed Auto Creations for a detailing - fresh off a 2 week road trip with a golden retriever. That being said, I was disappointed in the quality of the services I received. They appeared to miss the bottom half of my car entirely (with a solid layer of bugs left in the front, and grime/dust in the back). When we arrived they increased our quote by over $100 - making this detailing over $500! This was more expensive than the San Francisco prices I left, with a significantly lower quality detailing. I’ll be going elsewhere next time.

Stopped in to see Brandon for a quote for a pretty gnarly looking paint defect that occured from fluid dripping in a parking garage. After some chatting on instagram, he fit me in the same day. He took a look at it, said he was going to test the spot, and ended up just buffing out the entire spot until it looked like it was never there. He sent me on my way without a charge. Looking forward to getting a full detail and some paint correction done soon.

Brandon and his team did a wonderful job on both my front windshield tinting and the installation of my VIOFO dashcam and powercell 8 battery for my Honda Civic Hatchback Sport Touring 2023. I had stopped in one day and asked to see if his team would be able to install the dashcam and battery, to which Brandon said he'd take a look at the equipment and then ensure that he did the proper research before installation. We had agreed upon a rough estimate for the front windshield tinting and the installation of the dashcam and battery. Once I dropped off my car at the specified time, Brandon and his team diligently worked on it and managed to get everything done within a few hours. When they were unsure about my preferences with the dashcam placements, they made sure to ask to verify that I was alright with their work before proceeding. I really genuinely appreciated that, because it shows attention to detail and great care of the customer's vehicle. Once everything was done, I was ecstatic of the results as it was exactly what I had hoped. Thank you again to Brandon and his team at Detailed Auto Creations! A+ service, and I would recommend Detailed Auto Creations for all of the detailing needs!

Cannot recommend this place enough. Called at 3pm on a Sunday needing a last minute interior detail because the wife spilled cheese sauce in the car. Politely managed to squeeze me in at the last minute, and charge an extremely fair price. They were very friendly and it looks brand new inside! Will be coming back again for sure. Thanks again guys.

I have only great things to say about the Detailed Auto Creations crew! I came in for a full detail inside & out of my (very very dirty, never-been-detailed, stained, dog-hair-covered) car after a neighbor recommended them, and I am so happy with the outcome. I wish I got before shots to compare the difference, but it looks like the day I bought it 7 years ago- like new! Absolutely amazing job, plus friendly, communicative staff. I would recommend them to anyone!

Guys. Guys! Get in there and let Brandon take care of your vehicle! Honestly, I picked up my brand new Rivian R1S from the dealer and knew it needed some work. The paint was dull, plastic already looked aged as did the tire walls. These guys were professional, courteous and importantly took superb care of my new vehicle. They coated the car with Feynlab ceramic coatings and now I have peace of mind that the paint is protected from typical Pittsburgh and sometime country gunk. Easy to drop off and pick up. You will not go wrong. You’re just doing yourself a favor. Just saying…

I had a horrible experience at this stop. They were awfully rude to me in front of other customers and made me uncomfortable. It was completely unacceptable.Update: Maybe the owner should teach his workers manners instead of calling someone fake. Completely unprofessional.
