Did not get their names but the 2 women working there went above and beyond to find the number. They were excellent. One was working at customer service and called her supervisor to help. Best customer service we’ve received.”

“I love the nerdy pictures like the classic Sonic and Super Mario Bros canvases in the housewares. The kitchenware offerings were also tempting. There was a lemon shaped tea strainer which was adorable. I don't think about this place often, but when I do, I'm pleasantly surprised by what I see. It's a little hidden treasure with a bit of everything.”

“Clean and spacious Target store. One of the nicer ones in the area. Appears to be a high volume location due to being next to Sam’s Club and right off 279. There is plenty of parking and space so it does not feel congested. Happy to have this close!”

“The cleanest Big Lots I have ever been in. Just moved from Vermont, so I'm used to the ones in VT and northern NY. This is on another level - really can't tell from the outside though. Looks rough, then you walk in and it's gleaming, organized and clean. Well stocked as well.”

“I was trying on earrings with a very helpful sales lady and I left my own earring on the counter. I called and the manager overnighted me my earring since I live out of town. They were so nice about it, and even called to give me the tracking number. Above and beyond customer service here.”
“Pricing is at a good discount somtimes.Curbside can be frustrating especially when given the wrong item. If a good manager is on duty the situation will be resolved”
“Has a great shopping experience w/a niece and two nephews - we got numerous excellent scented candles, Halloween decor, and other incidentals. Great value in all items. Had a minor issue w/order, called the store. Manager Nick was cordial, helpful and efficient. The value of what we bought is excellent - will definitely come again soon!”
“We have always liked Macy's for their variety, quality and sales staff. This experience was exactly that. The one stand out was a salesman in the shoe department. He has worked at Macy's for many years, was friendly, very knowledgeable and definitely knew shoes. I got a super comfortable pair of Rockport black dress shoes. And the reason we went there was, as I told my wife after looking for shoes in several other places that didn't fit well, including on line, that we should go to Macy's because I can usually find shoes there. They proved me right again.”

“I love my Ross' Dresses for less! They only hire the nicest people to work hear...,, was greeted the moment we walked in and i'mmeditely felt right at home. Was on the hunt for some spooky decore for Halloween (it is my favorite holiday ) but JIMMINEY CHRISTMAS SANta must have came early! I have never in my 63 years have found an ethinic nut crackers he was so beautiful I had to bring him home with me and ad him to my collection. My husband Randy said "hey Barb! Were do you think your going to put a nutcracker that big?' I said "bend over and I'll show ya!" Oh boy, we just love Clark Griswolds Christmas vacation movie.., almost as much as I love my new nut cracker from Ross'! I even buckled him in on the drive home. Safety First! I would have to say Christmas is my second fav holiday .. me and Jesus do share a birthday afterall!Wish we had known the back store fitting room we're closed before I hoofed it all the way back to the back of store ..... oh well i gotta get my steps in somehow ! Was blessed to be able to find myself a stunning new blouse and my granson Bennett a dress shirt for a wedding well be attending during this weekend. Overall very clean floors accept near the cash register station but there friendly employees make the trip fullfilling !”

“I've shopped at JCPenney for at least 40 years. I primarily shop for clothing since I wear a petite size. Out of all of the department stores they have the best selection and their prices are reasonable!! I've bought all types of home products as well. Oh, and I can't forget to mention shoes too! Great selection. You simply can't go wrong at JCPenney!!”

“Me and my mom visited this place today to buy household items for my new apt I’m moving in and one of the employees (Selda) offered help to us and made sure we got everything we needed. Right from the start, she graciously offered her assistance and went above and beyond to ensure we found everything we needed. Selda's warm and welcoming demeanor made us feel right at home, and her guidance throughout our visit was invaluable. Without a doubt, she is the epitome of a wonderful store employee. “I have been boycotting Macy's for over five years after an extremely hostile situation when trying to pay off the credit card. So it took alot for me to shop here, even online. I needed an evening gown, so I sucked it up and found two, one of which I kept and the other returned. The four star rating is because the sales associate who handled the return was so kind and helpful and was pleasant to work with. She was efficient and offered alternatives. Otherwise, I have no use for Macy's, but it is the only traditional department store near me in the mall.”

“Recently had a wonderful experience ordering a customized wing chair from this location. Mr. Michael Sausman showed me the different options, available fabrics, provided fabric swatches to take home, and, ultimately, completed my order at the best possible price. He went above and beyond to make furniture shopping easy. The chair was delivered a month earlier than expected and the delivery folks were right on time within the delivery window. Friendly, too! It seems well built and there are no scuffs or marks on the velvet from delivery. Thanks!”
