I think they are very good. I would like to see a senior citizen discount especially if the tax return is not itemized and easy to do.

michael Slavic of Delgreco Tax has been preparing our tax returns for over 20 years. I would never go anywhere else. Even though we now moved from Pittsburgh to Florida they still do our taxes. They make you feel as if you are their most important client and respond quickly if you have ant questions.

We have been with DelGreco Tax and Insurance services for almost ten years and could not be more satisfied with the service they provide. Our taxes are usually done within a week or so and they always call if there are any questions about our returns and they e file so our returns are done quickly and as secure as possible.We could not be happier with how they take care of us and recommend them highly.ed

For the first year ever, I had to have my taxes professionally done. Normally I can just file using TurboTax online for free, but last year was a bit more complicated. After attempting to do it myself and being completely overwhelmed, I reached out to a friend to see who does her taxes. Her and her family use and recommend DelGreco. I called and left a message worried that they might not be taking any additional taxes on this late in tax season and we're pleasantly surprised when I promptly received a call back. I worked with Michael who made the entire process SO simple. I provided all of my documents. A couple days later he called with just a couple questions and they were done that day. It was easy to schedule a time to pick them up. When I picked them up, everything was prepared and ready for me to sign - literally even sign here stickers on each document. Clear instructions were provided on next steps and the entire thing took maybe 2 minutes. I am shocked that it was so easy. It genuinely couldn't have been anymore efficient which I couldn't appreciate anymore since free time is hard to come by. I hear nightmare stories of taxes and using DelGreco was not only crazy fast and easy, it also was cheaper than TurboTax would have been for Federal & State. It also took me just a few minutes and I know it's done right versus hours trying to figure it out myself. If you're new to having your taxes done or maybe aren't so impressed with who currently does them, I cannot recommend DelGreco more.

My husband and I have been clients of the DelGreco's for many years. Our twin daughter's recently started college and we were so overwhelmed by the changes with our tax situation for the past few years. Michael stayed on the phone with me for almost an hour discussing all of our issues and answering all of our questions. I felt terrible because I know how busy they all must be but he kept patient with us the entire time! We are so grateful for everything you guys have done for us through the years!!!

This is NOT a good or trustworthy place to become involved, for any type of tax prep or advice or investment purposes. My wife and I began doing our income taxes at Del Greco five years ago, very basic, reasonable cost, then the second year the program is illuminated to include an investment scheme or no more tax services! Well, I'm 66yo now, had to move some retirement funds around and thought, "OK, we can park the money with their Great American Insurance Group with the understanding that this is some of our retirement Fun-Money that we will access off and on to do some fun stuff!" Within a year I needed cash for knee replacement surgery. Got $5K and paid over $1,000.00 "surrender fee." Then needed $20K and got socked for over $3,000.00 "surrender fee" and found out after two yrs that our money is locked into a 20 year maturity program and we shouldn't touch it for 20 yrs or get hit with these ridiculous fees if we do! The whole plan with Mike at Del Greco was made EXTREMELY CLEAR = we need easy access to our money ~ which was totally ignored and placed in a wholly inappropriate program without ever communicating details to us! Horrible, terrible, sad experience. We have had to get all of our funds recently, over $20K more, due to cancer treatment needs, and were hit with over $6,000.00 more in "surrender fees" from Great American because Del Greco does not listen, does not communicate clearly, and does not provide professional customer service.
