Definitely would not recommend! Had a great experience 3 years ago when we leased 3 vehicles, but were treated terrible this past week trying to trade-in a lease and turn in a lease. Unfortunately for me I ended up with a flat tire from debris on the road while turning into dealer. We had made an appointment earlier in the week and when we arrived they sat us in the showroom to wait for John where we sat for 45 minutes without the salesman we had an appointment with ever acknowledging we were there. We had to go to the manager for someone to assist us. Mike, the general sales manager, came out to appraise our one car. The car we were turning in was my parent’s car. My dad recently died unexpectedly and my mom wanted to turn in the lease when it was up because she doesn’t need two cars. The car was basically brand new and only had 12,000 miles. Manager tried to say it was worth less than residual and needed $2000 of “reconditioning” because of the flat tire. We were stuck, so I asked if he could tell us how much tires would be so we could leave. We sat for another hour plus to get a quote. Instead of someone coming to talk to us, they had texted the quote and we never got it, assuming it had gone to my father’s phone. Then they tried to tell me it would cost them more to replace the tire than they would charge me! At this point, my mom was so upset she just wanted out of the dealership. I told them they could have the car but I wasn’t paying them anything to end the lease. Mike then tried to tell me that he didn’t want the car and Subaru would just come pick it up. I told him he was lying, told him I knew there was equity in the car, and then told him he would not be getting our two other cars. I have never been so insulted in my life. Surprise!!! Car was listed for $32,000+ on the website this week, after they tried to tell me it was worth less than $25,000. Terrible dealership and terrible way to treat their customers!! They never did ask about the original car they texted us to come in about!

This is the best car buying experience I’ve ever had. My salesman TJ was amazing Scott. The finance man explained everything was amazing. I brought my pets to the store. They were treated wonderfully. This is simply an amazing place to buy a car.

Each visit I make at South Hills Subaru makes me glad I chose to purchase a Subaru. The staff has always made me feel welcome in lieu of just people performing a task. I'm glad they are expanding which shows their endeavor to be more than selling cars; it reflects an ongoing service to the community

Used Subaru service recently for our 2019 Subaru Forester and Crosstrek All went as I anticipated. I was in and out in relatively short amount of time. The Forester was even washed.
