Ira and his team at Helfer are the best! Not only friendly and professional, but their work is outstanding! We custom designed my engagement ring and wedding ring at Helfer. The process was fun and I have the most beautiful rings I’ve ever seen. When we go back for inspections and cleaning, they make my rings look brand new.

I went to see Ira at David Helfer Jeweler based on a recommendation I got. He took the time to go over a plethora of engagement ring options with us and end up crafting a beautiful engagement ring that my now fiancée is in love with. I will be going back for the wedding bands!

Helfers is fantastic. They made my engagement and wedding band 10 years ago. I just took it back to them to check it and get it cleaned up. They found that it needed repaired. My ring looks better than ever. I highly recommend them.

Helfer's created an amazingly beautiful necklace for us. The pendant was intricate but surprisingly it didn't very long to do. We just went to them again and needed a different necklace created quickly and they saw us within an hour of calling and it will be ready within 4 weeks. They allow us to help design the pieces but they give their helpful, expert advice as well. The staff is so wonderful to work with. Lastly, the prices are extremely reasonable. Love this place

Courteous, knowledgeable and reasonable price. Great custom work! He took diamonds from other rings that belonged to my parents to redesign my wife's engagement and wedding rings. Beautiful job!

When my partner and I started looking for engagement rings, I had such a hard time finding something with unique details, a vintage vibe, and a green stone. Thankfully, we found Ira! I had two reference photos from Pinterest I loved of antique inspired rings that I brought in. Ira looked at them, whipped up a quick sketch that combined my favorite elements from both of them and then he pulled out the most gorgeous green stones for me to pick from. I was able to see a 3D rendering of the ring before it was finalized, and Ira worked with me on the small tweaks that I had. I’m in love with how the ring turned out, it means so much to us that we were able to custom create it. I highly recommend Ira and his crew!

This place is the last of its kind. Real hardworking people with the focus on getting you the product you want at a price that you need. I’ve had many purchases or repairs here and I can’t say enough. Forget all those high end display case jewelers. Come to Helfers and get better service, better prices, better people, and better work. These guys can literally do anything. Proud to make my jewelry purchases from here.

We called about a stuck ring and they had absolutely no obligation to help us but Ira and the rest were persistent with helping us get it off, even when the stuck ring was stubborn. We're grateful and would highly recommend them anytime!

Great experience overall. I had contacted them because my das purchased my mom’s engagement ring from Helfer’s in the 90s and had a great experience. Ira provided EXACTLY what I was hoping for and my new fiancé could not be any happier with the ring. We were using the stone from my grandmother’s ring and he took excellent care of it. Will definitely be back for regular cleanings!
