Went to Daniels on July 16 th to order a refrigerator paid everything in full. As of today October 25th I went back there and got my money back Was originally told 10 days and then it would come in on October 22nd. I got fed up waiting and will take my business elsewhere. Horrible customer service

Sales person was extremely kind and knowledgeable! Very helpful with our new purchase. Installation people are absolutely the best. You can tell the difference from trying to do the same thing at a big box store. We will buy from Daniels as often as possible in the future.

Issues with purchases can come from anywhere that purchase is made. How a business handles any issues is the true test of customer service and support. Issues with an appliance bought at Daniels were resolved to 100% satisfaction. I will continue to keep Daniels as my 1ST choice for appliance purchases!

I bought a refrigerator, but a bolt was missing on the bottom. The bolt was a one inch, quarter inch bolt with a Phillips head. Daniel’s indicated that Whirlpool was responsible. 4 weeks no bolt. I went to a local hardware and repaired the refrigerator myself. They should remove hardware from their name. Still no bolt. Very disappointed in this once reliable store.
