I brought my car for an estimate, the people who are working there are all very friendly. The front bumper of my car was hit off in an car accident. The lady who was doing the estimate checked my broken bumper carefully and told me some of the parts still useable to save to my cost of repair. The collision caused my fender being distorted and blocked my driver's side door. Without me asking for it, the shop took an initiative to push the fender back to the position without any charge. Now my door can open and close freely. Thank you, D&R for your exceptional customer service.

No one really wants to have to get body work done. D & R makes it painless, pleasant and they are always professional. You will be very happy if you come here. They treat you like family. Friendly and responsive and the work is top notch. If they tell you there is a wait, that's a good sign so don't get stressed just get on the list! Highly recommend. Just wish I didn't need them. ?

If I could give 100 stars I would! No better feeling than to get great customer service from a local family owned business! They fixed my car twice within a few months and my car looks brand new! I couldn't of asked for a better experience. I will recommend D & R to EVERYBODY! Thanks so much!
