I was happy with the service I received when I ask a question while looking for an item and also grateful for the assistance I received at the counter for the items and the great deals I got on the many discounts offered by CVS. Thank you so very much being on a budget helps to save a little here and there.

Freight boxes is all over the floor. Shelves are dirty, no price tags, you could walk by an employee 10 times but will never ask if you need help. I have 4 scripts on automatic fills. I will get a text that my order is ready but when I get there, there's a long line. When I get to the register only 1 out of 4 scripts is filled. This is all the time which makes my wait time longer. My insurance says this is where I have to go but I hate going to this store

This store is THE CLEANEST CVS I have ever shopped in. Very well stocked. No empty shelves, that I seen. Employees were so nice. Greeted me as I walked in. I was looking around and a employee asked if I needed help, which I was helped. The cashier reminded me about CVS Rewards, I totally forgot CVS had rewards. He helped me big time.This was one of my best shopping experiences at your store. What a pleasure on a Sunday afternoon ?

Dr called in a perscription Friday. I called three times on Monday and got hung up on, then got message it was being ordered. Now it is wed and i need the meds. Called twice, on hold for 45 min each.

I've been going to this pharmacy for years out of convenience because it's close to home. NEVER AGAIN. I finally reached my limit today. The employees are incompetent; there is ALWAYS an issue refilling prescriptions; and the customer service is nonexistent. When they screw up, which is always, they don't rectify it or give any help to the patients. They hang up on you; they hang up on doctor's offices -- I don't know how this pharmacy is still in business. It just took me a full hour and a half to get simple information on my son's prescription because the pharmacist kept hanging up on me AND the different doctors trying to call them. Finally my husband came home with the car and I was able to drive there for a face to face with his doctor on the phone. Completely outrageous that I even had to do that. I just switched my pharmacy. I wouldn't even recommend this place for a one-time prescription pick-up. If I even had ONE good experience here in the past, I would list it. Terrible pharmacy.

Horrible horrible store countless problems with their pharmacy say they never received a fax from my doctor when I had proof they did Filled a prescription of 90 pills with only 63 without asking me first so what do I do now
