My husband and I had appointments to receive COVID boosters. We arrived 15 minutes early. After waiting for 20 minutes, the pharmacist came out and said "Sorry we are all out of vaccines....We have been busy." Very unprofessional.

I called the pharmacy this AM to fill Keflex for my dental appointment. I am a licensed MD and Shawn the pharmacist refused to fill my Antibiotic because I’m not the dentist. Very unprofessional.

Although the Bellevue Pennsylvania store is very clean and the people are very nice, I have tried to use my Aetna perks at that store and they are very lacking in vitamins. I could not find any of the five vitamins that I take which are very popular

You should know that if you choose to do business with a CVS Pharmacy, they will spam you text messages unceasingly. "Get your Covid booster!" "Update your account information!" "We have useful information to share about x medicine!" etc. The store associates are not authorized by CVS to stop the harassment, even if you stop using CVS pharmacy.Additionally, this specific pharmacy has a very unpleasant woman working at the window where you pay for medicine. Exercising her puny "power" to ask you to step back 1 foot to the old, faded line from back in the covid days. Presumably driven by certain resentments that are very popular at the moment.

My granddaughter had a script filled and came out her car would not start. They left us keep it there overnight. Thank you for not calling the towing company. We definitely were encouraged by your kindness ??

This has been my pharmacy for about six years and service of late has become awful. I overheard the front of store staff complaining about how the pharmacy refuses to staff properly. And it shows. Not only are things slow, there are mistakes and on top of that some of the staff lacks basic human decency. We will be taking our business elsewhere.

Been there for 15+ years. Used to be a great neighborhood pharmacy. Pharmacy closed last week due to lack of staffing. Today, it didn't open until 11:00 because of lack of pharmacist. Expressed concern about a time-sensitive RX, and was told "No promises when it will be ready; others are waiting for theirs too." Unacceptable. Moving my RX to another non-CVS pharmacy.

If you are ever planning on getting your vaccines from CVS, don't go to this location. The pharmacist here got incredibly heated and was audibly cursing when I came to get my flu vaccine. By the way, I also scheduled my appointment and arrived on time, but the pharmacist still acted as if it was a giant inconvenience for him. And after he was done giving me my vaccine, the pharmacist didn't even have the common courtesy to put a band-aid over the injection site and left me bleeding there. Overall very unprofessional and childish, would not recommend.

I suggest you go to CVS at Center Ave. where people are much nicer. The pharmacy people here are totally in a annoying manner. According to my visit in these couple days dealing with my prescription problem, they keep telling me NO and “figure it out yourself”.

The place is completely disorganized. They won't tell you when your medicines will be ready, they aren't ready even when they give you a time, the lines are long, and the staff unhelpful.

The pharmacy staff is very nice and asks about me and my kids (even when I'm there alone, they remember me). They are very helpful and work efficiently and make it a pleasure to come here.
