Helpful staff and a great variety of supplies for beading

So, I dropped my rosary off in August for a repair. I was told that the guy from the gem show would be in and would have the parts required. I told them no worries and to just call me when we had the stuff to fix it. September passed. October passed. I called this morning and I was rudely told that the gem show guy wasn’t coming until next week. I asked if he was there in September. Again, rudely, I was told that he was. I wasn’t willing to wait any more. So I told her I’d be up today to pick up my still broken rosary.After driving for over an hour north to get there, the lady running the shop yelled at me and told me “I told you it wasn’t ready.” I didn’t care. Her attitude is sending me somewhere else.

It's nice to have a bead store with such an extensive collection of beads and jewelry making supplies in the city, although the last time I visited I felt unwelcome. I was followed around the store as I shopped (only customer in at the time) I'm guessing bc they assumed I would attempt to steal something.

Very disappointed! I was in for a class on Saturday and I never made a piece of jewelry. The instructor was told that I never beaded in my life and thought it would be fun. Needless to say I never finish the necklace and ran out of class time. I was sent home with the product not finished and not a clue how to finish the necklace with clasps etc. I don’t even have tools to finish the project because it requires bead tweezers etc. I was told when I booked the class that the class would last an hour and the class was 2 hours and was charged and additional class hours. I did not have any idea that the necklace I was making was going to take as long as it did. The instructor should not have lead me in the direction of making an intense necklace knowing this was my first experience. The beads and supplies were very expensive and on top of the bead expense an additional charge for additional class time for a necklace that was never completed.

had an incredible experience at crystal bead bazaar! i never leave reviews this is my first. but i just had to because everyone there was so kind and warm and wonderful. i am new to beading and everyone there was so helpful and made me so excited to start beading. would 100% recommend i got beautiful beads and had a wonderful experience at this store!! can’t wait to restock <3

All the beads. So many beads. Slightly expensive (as it should be!) There is so much work that goes into creating, and selling crystal and glass and even wooden beads. They also have all other items you will need to create a necklace or earrings.

Dana and the gang at the shop are so knowledgeable, skilled and helpful! I sent my beads in for repair and they did a fast and thorough job. Can't recommend them enough!!

I love this store- they not only sell gorgeous beads and jewelry hardware, they take the time to show customers how to put it all together. They also generously provide craft tables, classes and share equipment. They have been kind and thoughtful to my clients with intellectual disabilities with an interest in jewelry making, and graciously have allowed me to bring in my broken, sentimentally valuable necklace to accent and repair. 10/10 this store is wonderful
