This message pertains to the staff in Baldwin. Last week I asked Smiley to check a sink spray nossel that had a small leak. He immediately got the equipment he needed and came to fix the problem. Knowing that you have friendly and dedicated people when you need help is a blessing. The entire staff has proven that they will go beyond expectations to do a to do an excellent job.

My wife and I lived here for 2 years after relocating from another city, and we had a very positive experience. The apartments themselves are very nice and the area feels safe. The building we lived in is a close knit community and everybody was very friendly and welcoming. Mary, the property manager, is professional, accommodating, and keeps the complex running very smoothly. The groundsman, Smiley, is timely in responding to any issues and was always able to solve any issues with the apartment. I’ve lived in apartments for over a decade, and this was easily the most well-run complex I’ve lived in.

I lived here in 2016 left and recently came back. The property manager Mary and the maintenance man Smiley are an excellent team! I’m so happy with my decision and feel right at home at Crossroad Towers. You will too. ?

My wife and I have been residents of Crossroad Towers for the past 3 years. We love the apartment and the community ! Kudos to the management and support staff for making our home so enjoyable. The building manager Mary is always available to address any questions/concerns that we have. The maintenance personnel, Smiley and Nicole, work hard to make sure that everything is in good operating condition, neat and tidy. We look forward to many more years here !

I’ve moved into Crossroad Towers in 2019 and can’t think of a better place to live. We have so many great features with the pool, fitness room and a great community.The staff is always available- Mary goes above and beyond and Smiley handles all our maintenance issues timely and with a smile. The buildings are kept so clean and well maintained. It’s a great place to live.

This is long overdue. I have lived @ Crossroad Towers for one year, and Mary is a wonderful manager. She has helped me with many things setting up for payment every month to be taken out of my bank account. She is very kind and pleasant. Smiley if anything needs taken care or fixed down to the lightbulbs replaced he is on the ball. He work very hard gets that pool ready for everyone to have a good time in the summer. When something is broken and needs fixed. It gets done right away, Nicole keeps the place spotless. I sold my house. My family didn’t think, I would be happy in an Apt but I love it, I’ve have met so many nice people. They pick your garbage up at your door. I could go on and on so many perks.

Amanda was incredible and extremely informative through the entire application and leasing process! She answered all questions promptly and was a true joy to deal with! The grounds were thoroughly maintained, residents were welcoming, and the apartment I toured mirrored exactly what I saw online! Overall, I couldn't have asked for a better experience after being overwhelmed from relocating.

The team here is amazing. Mary is like a mother hen to us. So caring! Smiley can do, and does anything. Always eager to help. And a Nicole is new but fitting in nicely. Eager to learn. I love this place because of these people.

I moved in in June and loved this place from day one. From Mary to Smiley etc the staff is awesome. My wife passed away and our home and property were too much to handle. Not living in an apartment sense college I was a bit worried. It turns out to be the best idea I have ever had. Thank you all

I enjoy living at Crossroad Towers. Mary, the manager, is super nice and very helpful whenever I have questions. Smiley is always there when there are problems and he fixes them.
