I went to this location yesterday to inquire about upgrading my current device and plan. I was extremely impressed and satisfied by the service that Ziona provided. She was a breath of fresh air for someone who asks a lot of questions and enjoys a great experience when spending hard earned money! I highly recommend this location and her expertise!

BAD EXPERIENCE. Went for an upgrade for my broken phone. Found that last time my wife went for an upgrade the employee used my upgrade for her phone. So now i can not get my ugrade. Was told by the "manager" there is nothing that can be done. This was after i waited approx. 5 minutes as she ate her lunch and watched tik tok. Lastly two lines that were supposed to be taken off the account a month ago were never taken off. This place has no clue what to do. Do not go there
