My husband and i really like cricket wireless great deals on our phones when we got new ones and if i have questions all i have to do is go to a local cricket store and they employees will try and answer my questions

I am a Cricket Wireless customer....have been for many years. Although I like my phone, the price and service of the phone, Cricket's customer service is ridiculously poor. The only reason I've rated them a 2 instead of a 1 is because of phones/plan prices. I have 2 lines on my cricket phone, one for myself and one for my daughter. My daughter's phone was stolen so I've been trying to cancel that line. You can buy a phone, a plan, change/add a plan, or add phones to your plan online, but you can never cancel a phone line online. So i went to the first store where i purchased my phone. They are permanently closed. i tried online, but you're not allowed. Another Cricket store told me just call 611 and they can do it, After dialing 611, I was put on hold for more than 20 minutes and then hung up on as soon as I said hello. I tried that again, same thing..........long wait and hung up on before pleasantries were even exchanged. I finally called Coraopolis' store and got the voicemail that they're open and leave my name/number and hope they return my call. Then I called the South Hills Village store and the gentleman there said he could not do it over the phone even if i gave him my ID, password, both phone numbers, my social security number, address, etc. He actually told me to call . I now know what a hampster feels like running on that wheel! Like I said, great phones, plans, etc., but if you're looking for a company that offers good customer service, Cricket isn't it.

They try to get your money right off.went to different cricket store the price was 60 dollars cheaper with no extra fees like South hills village store was demanding
