Horrible customer service dude with that little goatee def didn't want to have anything to to with anybody. I'll never go back and might switch from cricket because of that garbage

Went to the store on a Wednesday afternoon during open hours and absolutely no one was at the store. Their sign says they open at 11am and it is 12:30pm. I've been waiting outside the store for about a half hour waiting for someone to come back.
