We went to this location to upgrade a phone on our plan and Akela told us the cost of the upgrade included a case and screen protector. We asked if we could exclude those items and were told no, because they were included. We picked a $50 case/ screen protector bundle and she included a $25 charging block saying it was also included. Our receipt shows $75 in charges that are not discounted and when we went back to the location to ask to refund the items Akela was there again and was defensive and went to the back to completely shut us down and refused to assist us. For extra measure we have called other locations to ask if the case/ protector inclusion was a promotion we were told there's no promotion like that. I don't know why she would want to scam us like that, but she did and I strongly suggest going to any other location if an in-store purchase is necessary.

The manager Akela helped me out with getting my account number and pin transfer because my english isnt the best. She was very informative and even gave me a discount on the activation fee and made sure my device was working before i left. Please give her a raise she deserves it for the best customer service!!!

On 11/16/23 I called to ask the lady about paying my bill she hung up on me so I came into the store ask why then she started yelling cursing and attitude was very rude I ask to speak to her manager she said she was the f.......king manager and get the f... Out my store very poor..she should be fired it was around 1pm

Absolute worst "ghetto" place you could go to.
Went there twice, ..the "female" working there ended up spitting on me outside their store ..

The girl that works there is so rude it’s unreal!!! There used to be a guy who worked there who was super nice but this girl was seriously the rudest! I will never go back to that store again!!! I will always go to McKnight the guy is super nice and helpful!!

there was a guy who got his toes amputated and could barely walk HAD TO LEAVE HIS ELECTRIC WHEELCHAIR OUTSIDE in order to get inside the building and get what he needed, i noticed after i left that his wheelchair was sitting outside, on the ramp, the lady at the counter didnt even try to help him when he was waiting outside the door, also $74 dollars for a phone case and screen protector, thats almost the price of my phone, if my phone model had those anywhere else i wouldve got them there instead, phone bill is cheap tho, compared to competitors
