We purchased two pieces of big furnitures and spent +-2000 there during one visit. But all sale assistants were chatting and ignoring us. Unbelievable rude for a brand like this, only because we are not white. You will feel the big difference in their attitude depending on your ethnicity.

Entitled personnel with attitudes representing this brand is unfortunate. Support instead the Williams Sonoma store inside the mall for your kitchen and tableware purchases. Staff there even offer to carry things to your car. Show this store where to put its crate & barrel in return for their Inferior outlet experience.

Update received the couch. It’s awful -terrible quality.Lumpy and thin material …. A stain on the cushion the piping that’s going around it is not adhering completely so it’s peeling off. The material on the arm of the couch is so thin it’s pulling apart.As someone who has been a sales/manager professional in SMB and Retail for over 20 years. I had to review my experience with C&B Ross Park Mall. It was not like anything, I expected.I worked with Teri. Sales managerMy experience with her- she was always annoyed. Going into the process we requested Green guard certified swatches and couches. None of which she knew and had to look up. Not a big deal per se- it was kind of surprising for a manager. But, I didn't care. At the end of the day all I care about is getting the facts and knowing what I'm getting into.we were in the store (around 3-4 times). (I went in alone, my wife came once and my best friend came at a different time)Mostly just sitting on the couches. It was important to get the right level of comfort. But when we did ask questions about fabric etc. Teri was always short and annoyed. (This was noticed by all three of us). She didn’t try to hide it.Because I came into the store a 3rd time. She actually rolled her eyes at me and made a remark about my personality -that was very snarky and cutting. I brushed it off because of the awkwardness with my best friend there and this sales lady being derogatory towards me. ( I wouldn’t be surprised if she’s homophobic, if I’m being honest).When you're making a big purchase. I don't think anyone should ever be rushed or have someone that doesn’t do their due diligence as your rep.So much more happened past ordering. It involves being lied to and being brushed off by all management and customer service, retention department, district manager- No one willing to help.They will leave a number attached to this review to call. It’s just customer service. No one is actually going to look into it.I wouldn't recommend doing business with this store.I was advised not to deal with C&B by a close friend who had a terrible experience. I didn't listen. They had an even worse situation that took over 8 months to resolve. This was dealing with quality of her sofa.

Recommend Crate and Barrel change their delivery service. They only deliver to our location once a month. We’ve been waiting since March for a couch and leather chairs. Today was delivery day and at 6:30 pm we’ve got a notification that the truck broke down and the delivery needs to be rescheduled to the 28th of July. This is complete BS… given we got notification earlier that the delivery time moved up and then move to a later time… also, why can’t we get it the next day. Customer service unwilling to help. So the delivery needs to be taken off the truck placed back in storage and wait till the 28th because that makes sense. Totally scammed by a horrible company with no sense of service. BTW we spent over $15k with these clowns.

3rd attempt to have Crate & Barrel deliver my furniture. They called again to reschedule. I took off work 3 times for this delivery. Good luck getting your furniture. I have been waiting since April for a special order.

Don’t expect quality from this brand! I’ve read CB are infamous about their QC but decided to roll the dice for 80” Yukon table. Now here we are with second delivery 2 month later. 1 st delivery arrived with corner damaged. 2nd delivery, the width of the table is almost 4” short!! and that’s with the promise from the representative that they will do a better inspection. I can not believe I paid 1700 for this horrible QC. Not to mention their 3rd party delivery ppl don’t care at all. I tried to call their customer service line and got hanged up.I would stay away from crate and barrel!!!

This was my first and last time purchasing anything from Crate and Barrel. I recently moved and needed to buy a Sofa so I purchased it at Crate and Barrel because they said it will arrived on time. LIES, they keep sending emails with a delivery confirmation but at the last minute they send another email saying that the delivery was cancelled because they FORGOT to put it in the truck. Very unhappy with their delivery services and will not be purchasing anything from then ever again.

We were next in line for help in the kitchen section. 2 later arriving couples were helped before us. The lady who was promised to help us helped a later couple before us. Terrible and fake service. I will spend money elsewhere.

I contacted this store in person to get dimensions for a chair before ordering it. No one knew the dimension and it was not listed on the website. The sales associate estimated the seat dimension to be about an inch lower than standard seat height, so I ordered the chair. The chair arrived with a seat height of 15" - no where near what the sales associate told me. And, to add insult to injury, they will not accept a return or exchange on this item.UPDATE: I was contacted by Kristy of the Executive Customer Care team. She was able to facilitate a return and purchase of two new chairs! The new chairs arrived yesterday and work perfectly in our space. Many thanks, Kristy!

I never write negative reviews but I have never been given such a difficult time regarding a return in my life! Truly awful customer service.
