Set up a flu shot appointment days in advance on line now 30 minutes past time with no even acknowledment of the the family even being here. Why set up appointments anyway then? After 40 minutes they are now saying that they do not have all of the vaccine for us even though we signed up days in advance

This store is constantly out of stock of medications. There is a pharmacist Allisson that is nasty and passive aggressive. She did not have my lidocaine prilocaine ointment for my chemo port. She refused to call other stores because she didn't have time. I had to call other pharmacies and have it called in from my doctor. I was given a mouthwash for pain she did not add sponges or cup. She does anything she can to prolong or cause me pain as if cancer is not enough. She walked away from me and went to the drive up window. She should be fired for not doing her job but she told me to take my prescriptions some where else. Walgreens must not need the money.

This store has horrible horrible horrible management. And I blame the manager, not the employees. Employees have a horrible attitude, all the cashiers are rude, most of the sale stickers are not put up, no one wants to work, the team leads see customers and run the opposite direction, no one greets you, not one smile, I wasn't even thanked for my purchase. I also work retail, and as a manager I know it's my responsibility to teach my employees how I want them to interact with customers and to keep moral up, and clearly the manager of this store has no desire to do any of that. I had hopes it was a bad day, but at this point it's been a bad day for months. I will not be giving Walgreens any of my business as a result of this poorly run location.

My goodness , lowest of the lowest work here. Every time I walk in , I witness all kind of questionable actions and disrespect by the employees here. I really don't understand how anyone in their right mind would hire people like this. Just saw a cashier practically yell at a customer and completely disrespect them for asking a question. Most of them are always on their phone and take their time checking out your items. I expect the absolute minimum when I come in a scummy Walgreens such as this and I am always surprised by how much lower the bar has become.

This store is constantly out of stock of everything. The pharmacy staff is run ragged. You have dangerously low staff coverage especially at night putting any customer there at night at risk. Your drive thru didn't work for months and the phone system is awful. I think I covered it all. Get it together

This used to be my secret spot to get Halo Top ice cream until....THEY STOPPED CARRYING THEM. For some reason it's super hard to find Halo Top in bigger grocery stores nowadays and I was so disappointed that this Walgreens stopped carrying them. Please bring them back !!

I like Walgreens as it is convenient for me. I was in the need of Centrum vitamins. Big huge store well laid out and very friendly cashiers. I have been in several times and there is always someone to help find you something if you cant find it yourself. I find the prices fine and the service excellent. One thing I like about Walgreens over CVS is that I can use Apple pay.

Staff is always very friendly and knowledgeable. I feel comfortable talking with the pharmacists about any health or prescription problems I may be having. I have also noticed them handle difficult customers very well - which speaks a lot of their customer service skills. Thanks for being something I can count on during this crazy year!

What an awful place full of unprofessional workers and half of them weren't wearing a mask, the workers weren't wearing a mask even though there is a ton of signs that you can't enter if you don't have a mask on, so pathetic, this place can't sink any lower , disgusting representation of Walgreens

This place always messes up my prescriptions. Service is terrible. Phone service says prescriptions are ready, but they never are. Always have to go back for a return visit just to get the order. Even though this place is right next to my house, I am taking my business elsewhere.

This place is worse than horrible!!! While shopping the store manager was swearing up a storm and chatting to other employees about issues within the staff and store! Don't they have a special room for these conversations? Id prefer not to have to listen to it! Then the cashier, in front of both my small girls, said "what the F*" while swatted at a fly, attempted to squash it on the counter where we place our groceries!! This place DISGUSTED me!!!

I just love this store. When I walk in, the staff always asks how they can help, with smiles. The pharmacy is extremely helpful and always patient with my questions. The fact that Walgreen's is national is very useful - my records can be accessed at any store if medication is required when I'm away from Pittsburgh. Well-managed, I say.

The Walgreens Photo Center needs MAJOR improvement. About 2 yrs ago I stopped going there because the equipment was often down and the employees were rude, unconcerned and not helpful. I returned to this store a few months ago because they got new equipment and I was hopeful the service had improved. I was disappointed again. Not only were the photo books I ordered screwed up FOUR times, they were not ready when the email said they were ( I waited more than 20 minutes both times), and the manager seemed very unconcerned about the inconvenience of it all. In the end, I received four books, none of which were made properly. At least I got a refund but it was not worth my time and stress to get them free. I will not be returning there for photo services.

Typical chain pharmacy. The major positive is the drive-through pharmacy. The pharmacy staff in particular was super helpful when I stumbled in with a handful of scripts for a nasty lung infection. Someone actually came around the counter to make sure I got into a chair and dropped everything to fill my scripts right away. The person who rang me up wrote down a list of how and when I should take what since he could tell I was too sick to necessarily retain anything he was saying to me. Major props.
