Courtney’s did a fantastic job on my brakes and tires, their customer service is professional. This last time I brought my truck in I thought I needed rear brake pads but instead JP at Courtney’s let me know they were in fine shape and did not need replaced. Unlike many dealerships and care service centers that would’ve done the brakes or not and charged me, Courtney’s did not. Thank you for the honesty and integrity. I use Courtney service station to have my car looked at when it was stolen very reputable people and polite they went over the whole entire car mechanically and detailed the interior what an excellent job they did great people great service I will use them forever.

Never went through bringing a car back from the dead this place was a one stop shop! super fast and streamlined dropped it off came back and I'm back on the road with everything done for me. registration, title, Inspection great service!

I have been a Shaler resident all my life and never have been treated so poorly at any establishment like this one. I had blown a tire while driving to work and pulled into Courtneys asking if they could plug the tire. The worker stated they are short handed and cannot do anything for me today and suggested that I take it to the garage next door. While I was dress in a shirt and tie, they watched me change my tire in the parking lot, offering no assistance. Once tire was changed, a shop a few miles away in Shaler plugged the tire and stated they could of fixed it in less than ten minutes. I would not recommend this place for anyone. They would leave you, child or spouse stranded.
