Shawn (sp?) was very helpful, knowledgeable, and accommodating as I picked his brain through every step of the process. He also took the legs off of the couch for me when I came to pick it up so that I could fit it through my front door later on. I asked a lot of questions and Shawn was patient and answered them all honestly. I did not feel like my presence was a burden. The used furniture for sale is affordable and cleaned well before sale, and you can look at it all in person, so what you see is what you get. Some of the best service I have ever encountered. I will definitely be back.

Had an awesome experience. Reasonable prices. Pittsburgh is a difficult place to find decent preowned living room sets. We searched local thrift and consignment shops. Zilch. Cort fills a gap; providing nice choices, decent pricing, that won't break the bank! Even has a 90 day warranty! I will add that Google maps directions SUCK! THE STORE IS on Brighton rd. Right beside dollar general. I'd Google dollar general to get accurate directions.

I worked with Jeanne Yesenchak making a remote purchase of apartment furniture. Her communication and creativity made the purchase seamless. I went to the Brighton road location which was open. I rang the doorbell twice and waited no one answered. You lost out on big purchase I wanted to get bedroom furniture and living room furniture. I will go elsewhere.

I just want to recognize Shawn. He went above and beyond with my furniture needs. I just relocated to the pittsburgh area and was in need of living room furniture and a television, he arranged the delivery and made it happen in 1 day. I cannot thank him enough.

Very good place to get furniture, Jeanne is very helpful person at this place. She will make sure everything will be delivered as expected, for me few thing remained and forgot to send with delivery person but when she get to know this, sent person from shop with remained item at my place.

The staff here, Jeanne, Shawn, and Blake have been so nice to help me. They are always patient and never hesitate to give suggestions. I have rented furniture with Cort over three years. I strongly recommend you to come here either you need to rent or buy some furniture pieces!

Staff very friendly. Place is clean. Very honest and upfront about the furniture and other items. What you see is what you get. It is hard to find those kind of practices in today's market. Jeff was outstanding. Will go to Cort again to purchase furniture....
