I wish I had caught his name but the young man who just helped me was so lovely and knowledgeable, he just made my day so much better. Helped me with the mod and the tank and the coils... the kid just really knew his stuff but was very happy to help with it all as well. 10/10

First let start out by saying this store is always very clean every time I walk in. They have a very amazing team of people that work in there. They are always polite and going above and beyond for their customers all the time. They honestly deserve the best Vape store in PA! GO check them out! You won’t be disappointed and will fall in love with the people work there!

Went in after 5 years of not vaping. Asked the dude to get me set up with a full kit and got a great setup. Walked out spending $300 but worth every penny. Great flavors and great service. Highly recommend this shop. Thanks!

Most excellent service! A very pleasant young man named “Noah” has assisted me multiple times and is professional and knowledgeable of the products. I switched to this store because the previous business I had never was appropriately stocked and rarely had my brand.Noah should be management. Solid employees are difficult to find and as a staffing recruiter, I would totally poach him. Kudos Noah & Cool Vapes!

I've been in there twice. No one there puts in any effort to help you but quick to sell you something you don't want because you know what you want and play stupid at a request. I will not go back to the store, because they did not respect my no. I hate pushy salesman I get it's their job but respect a no and you will get my business.
