Community Thrift Center is a Pittsburgh institution and a favorite thrift shop in the area for many. It is known as a treasure trove with the biggest selection of items, including high-quality furniture, clothing, sporting equipment, and scarves. New items arrive daily, providing a very good selection with decent turnover. The store is well organized, orderly, and arranged by color, with places marked clearly. Opinions on pricing vary. Many find prices very reasonable and rock bottom, noting daily sales, a weekly 75% off day, and discount color tags for incredible deals. Others feel the store is overpriced and that prices are getting out of hand, suggesting you can get stuff cheaper elsewhere. A portion of all sales is donated to AMVETS, so purchases help give back.
When I go there I always feel welcomed. They have a nice selection of everything. Everything is nice and organized my friends and family absolutely love going there. The staff workers there are absolutely nice and helpful. Thank you all again. ??? See you soon..?
