Brandy and Mike made my day!David and the 10th street Coen team really know how to make you feel a great even when you spill something and make a mess. I spilled some cream ( honestly, a lot of cream), they made me feel like it was no big deal. I was on my way to a client meeting, and their kindness and care was extraordinary. Thank you 10th Street Coen team! You have earned a customer for life! I promise to stay away from the creamer station. :)

Expected nothing, convenience store in southside. Had a wonderful meaningful chat with Trinity at the counter. Someone who cares a lot about making a personal connection from what could've been a mundane exchange. Beautiful person to meet, wish all the best. I hope the owner does its best to encourage them to keep being exceptional. Given all the similar businesses in the neighborhood, I know I'll be stopping here again.

Not the best gas station I've been to. The area was kinda sketchy, only a few pumps and everything there including the store looked run down. I was quick filling up my car and was out of there

Worst cogos around. Terrible mechandise selection usually no fresh food. The tow trucks that they allow to sit in the lot are vultures. Swooping in towing people that park and try to pick up their food or whatever. Just be careful around here.

This is by far the worst Cogo's I have ever been in, the day light workers are so miserable and rude! Very rude, they act like you are bothering them and give major attitude when they wait on you. I have been to this location multiple times to the point you would think the regular worker's would say hello sometimes but nope not these folks, even when it's not busy still just major attitude and dirty looks as if they are being forced to work there or something. There is an older woman who is friendly and also the girl with the purple nails but the rest of them make you wanna not buy anything, sheesh! I'm going to GetGo down the street next time!

This business is dirty, not air conditioned, serves food but has No Place for customers to wash hands, employs a predatory tow company to guard their barren parking lot, and puts absolutely zero effort into making the place more palatable or better for the community.

Nice selection and cheaper prices on tobacco products. Couod practically buy 90+% of things needed to live from here if needbe. Very nice employees, especially the overnight staff and Mr. Dwight.

the employees really close the store down for over an hour at peak times to count drawers.

You can't say your open 24hrs when you close your store for almost 30 mins every night. If you want to say open 24hrs then be open 24hrs

Don't shop here they have hired Tag towing to rob People. Last night I parked my car for 5 minutes before the tow truck had my car jacked up. He told me give him 215 cash or money order or it would be 250 after he towed it. This company is supporting these crooks by having hiring them to abuse people of the south side!
