Older lady cashier refused to sell me something because I wanted 10 of them which came out to about $100 for no reason other than she thought it was weird and that I might be trying to scam her which doesn’t make sense because if I didn’t have the money on my card it would just decline

Great customer services maggie the sales clerk there is one of the friendliest workers I've met and always is helpful and makes my day every evening I come in she's the main reason I continue to shop there

Went in for a few waters. The clerk was just rude for no reason. I asked for a bag, she pointed to the counter where there was some crumbled up old bags. What the heck is wrong with people?! So much for just moving to the area, yikes. The only gas station that sells spring water though.

When I asked the cashier to tell me my total again so I can give her exact change to make it easier on her she started screaming at me that it’s on the screen, and I told you 3 times already. well there’s 3 screens and I didn’t know witch one it was then when I said I don’t want it anymore and went to leave she made sure to let me know that the owner ,,,owns 3 other cogos stores in the area and she works at every one of them and he don’t care if he looses my business, But what a complete rude person she is.

The 60ish (or older) blonde woman who works there, loses who knows how many customers for the owner. I would shop there 20 times more frequently if it weren't for her. She's crazy, and she accuses others of being what she is. I couldn't even imagine saying something that would lose customers for anyone nice enough to provide me with a job. This guy will eventually see his sales are down, and its because of her. It must be hard finding NORMAL help these days. Glad I found Pitaland just several blocks down. I might not have to ever give this Cogos another cent.
