they said my file “closed” and now they cant repair my car even though they gave me an estimate and sent it to my insurer.
they said management will work on reopening my file. it’s been over a week and I haven’t heard from them. I’m moving onto another body shop now.

I was provided a quote to have the front bumper filler panel on my ‘21 F150 repainted due to a scrape. I was told that the part could easily be refinished and it was agreed that I would drop off the part. When it came time to have the services performed, I was told they couldn’t accommodate and I would have to buy a part from them and have them perform the disassembly and reassembly of my vehicle. There’s no way for me to interpret this other than an opportunistic play to take a ~$450 quote and make it $1000-1200, while also inconveniencing me by having my vehicle unnecessarily out of service. Happily taking my business elsewhere.

I dropped my car off in the beginning of April after an accident. My insurance recommended this shop. It is now almost June and I still don’t have my car back.
I am told a different pick up date every time I call. For the first month they had absolutely no idea. Then I was told some time at the end of May. Last week they told me Friday. I called Friday morning to confirm my pick up time and they told me Tuesday or Wednesday. This morning I had my insurance call and now they’re saying Thursday.
I understand that they are waiting on parts, but I wish they would give me an honest answer or at least try to keep me updated. I am so tired of rearranging my work schedule because the listed pick up time is during my workday, only to be told the morning of that it isn’t ready.
I had an inspection appointment set up this week that I have had to reschedule twice now because City Collision keeps changing my pick up date. I’ve just canceled it altogether now because I don’t want to waste the inspector’s time. I am about to reach my insurance max on my rental and I don’t know what to do. Working with City Collision has been incredibly frustrating. I would not recommend this place and I will never come back here.

Slow and unprofessional. First they said car would be ready in a week… then an extra 4 days…then after nearly two weeks of giving it to them they said theres no eta like what? Go to literally anywhere else

Highly, highly recommend using City Collision for any body work. We have used them twice now and they do an excellent job - they are also in close proximity and have a relationship with Enterprise Rental which made having a temporary vehicle during the repair extremely easy

They are excellent. They kept me informed throughout the repair process and even prevented my beloved truck from being totaled out by the insurance company. The repairs themselves look OEM straight out of the factory. I'd give them six stars if I could.

I got my car fixed here through my insurance after an accident. Once I dropped off my car they had it done within two weeks. They returned it to me super clean!

When my car was hit, I went to City Collision II. When my car was hit the second time, I went back to City Collision II . I hope I don’t get hit a third time, but if I do, I’ll go to City Collision I. They were professional, customer service was outstanding, and they did a great job. OK so it's been a while since I've actually been here but it is definitely worth noting since I've been to other places since my car has been at this shop that this place is hands-down the best autobody work that I've personally ever had. I had a 2018 Volkswagen Jetta that had two busted headlights, lots of bumper damage, crimped/dented/distorted hood from a fender bender. I am so glad my insurance had this place listed for bodywork, the car was in excellent condition before the accident & it came out of this auto body shop looking brand new, I can't remember the guys name that helped me but he was also very nice, answered all my questions, if he missed my call (once) he called me back right away, it's hard to find a place that makes good money and still values every single customer. I'm sure my car wasn't the most important repair at all but they made me feel like it was top priority. End points, experienced knowledgeable, great customer service, respectable and all-around fantastic professionalism with auto body repair. Make sure your next car insurance agency has them listed as a place that's covered.
