I have always had a great experience there and I cannot complain about the awesome service I receive whether in person or on the phone.

I am very pleased with the staff at the bank. There have been ongoing IT issues (upgrades) that seemingly have lasted at least a year. They may be resolving though because I was finally able to see an image of cleared checks.
