Extremely rude manager took over phone call to inform me that there is only two of them in the branch so they cannot assist me and would need to call back, i was in the middle of providing my information for a call back, when manager said "we don't know that we can help you" and hung up

Worst customer service. Whenever we need help with a loan, they say their name is not on the account so they cannot help.

They'ren cool. They've always helped me with my problems. They are allot better than other branches located in their area. Also more discrete. Everybody knows your business and can see what you're doing at that "In-Store" one. Besides, the people here are more accommodating and personable.

This is Not this Citizens bank but to all citizens bank. After spending six years and two deployment I have it up to here with this bank. After how this bank treated me on online is horrible and now helping me when I call. With an wait time of 20 minutes. I tried for three weeks to setup an account with a outside bank and after I email all the information to them three times. This bank is still not helping me. I recommend switching banks or not using this bank at all.
