This is the branch that I go to most frequently. The people working here have always been very nice. I don't usually need anything more than the most basic things though. But, I do agree that Citizens bank ATMs are difficult to access in general though. I usually have to walk many blocks out of the way which is inconvenient

Why is a bank with 3 ATM machines in the lobbyis not and accessible on weekends, holidays, or when offices are closed hours? THESE MACHINES are INSIDE WITH NO CARD ACCESSIBLE DOORS. A security guard sitting at a huge desk that he can't see over should've been able to still guard and let customers use the ATM. Why isn't there a outdoor one. Why isn't there enough other ATM in the downtown areas. I work downtown and it's still inconvenient to get my cash.

i want to thank ilario g simonetta for his help with my account . the government was trying to take me under and he helped me in the nick of time. my overseers was trying to get me to change my account from this bank but for some reason god told me no.i have a checking account but i tore my checks up and get money orders. i learn not to put my information on computer or phone. i handle my business in person. i will have to become a little better in keeping track with my money.i truley blessed and highly favor,i feel my money in good hands first lady theresa carrollindepent.

Dropped by yesterday to pick up Euros as not all Citizens Bank branches carry them. Was told due to a company wide system issue they are unable to give them to me for fear of "messing my account up" and to come back another day.It came across as the teller not wanting to process the transaction, and shortly after I was proven right. I went to another nearby branch that carried the currency and my request was processed immediately and I was given the funds.It's a joke that THE branch in the huge citizens bank office tower will just refuse to assist a customer.

Poor customer "support." "Fraud department" does not answer calls during regular business hours and does not return phone calls. BBB.org has HORRENDOUS nightmare scenarios on this bank and how they lack professionalism and/or responsiveness.

I have never set foot in this Pennsylvania bank, and never will, but I must say that the Head of Checking and Deposits has sent numerous letters to me informing me that various accounts of mine, shared, trust, etc. have had status changes.This person doesn't know me from 'Eve', and I don't know him from 'Adam', however the actions of his department have caused this elderly New Yorker great distress. I have spoken with my bank here in N.Y. and they are taking care of it. Meanwhile I received two (2 ) more letters!Over 40 years of banking with some fantastic people, here in N.Y., then a PA someone who obviously did not do a full assessment of my banking, contact me or look at the dates when these accounts were opened (simple math) seemed to think that the oldest account that I use all of the time is not my primary account.

This is Not this Citizens bank but to all citizens bank. After spending six years and two deployment I have it up to here with this bank. After how this bank treated me on online is horrible and now helping me when I call. With an wait time of 20 minutes. I tried for three weeks to setup an account with a outside bank and after I email all the information to them three times. This bank is still not helping me. I recommend switching banks or not using this bank at all.

I would give less than this if I could. I love Citizens, but this branch is notoriously and perpetually lacking in customer service and any desire to assist. Yesterday, Alex, the teller, was far more concerned about cookies for Valentine's Day than customer transactions. I should have just waited to get to my regular branch at Giant Eagle. Silly me, I thought the downtown branch might actually take care of me properly. Nothing has changed here. Lesson learned.
