I was trying to get cash withdrawals but they couldn’t help me. I went to a different branch and less than 5 minutes I was able to withdraw. The ladies were telling me that I needed to update my old driver’s license to the new one so they can verify my identity. Never heard this before. My ID is valid. I don’t carry voided licenses around. I was very surprised.

Matt the Branch manager @Crafton is an uneducated rude stubborn and not professional. He does not return calls or avoids calls. I saw him i office to look at caller id and ignore me to play with himself. He only has excuses and no results. He does not know how to do half the things other managers at different branches can do with ease. Do not bank here go somewhere else of you dont want to be irritated or get a headache dealing with Matt.

I send my husband to do a cash deposit as I was at work so he went to this location in Crafton as it is near his place of employment we have three different accounts with Citizens bank, my husband wanted to deposit the money in my personal account as that was the account I as him to put it in the teller lady didn't want to put it in my account so he called me and I repeated the last four numbers of my personal account she still refuse so I said we have three accounts and repeated the number again that I wanted the money to go in she said because I am not there she can't do it . Like really my husband is standing in front of you and I am on the phone I really don't see the problem, this is something that we have done on many occasions at different locations with no such problem as he do have more time than I do and we have never had this problem before. Who go and put cash in other people's account, if he was doing a withdrawal then it would be different. However I just tell him to put it in the joint account, we are never doing business at this location again.

This banks ATM stole my card for no reason. I put my pin in, it asked what I wanted to do, I selected withdrawal and before it gave me my money it said unauthorized access. Then stole my card. Never have I had this happen to me anywhere and my banks response was never use citizens ATM. Wow, they're known for this. If your a non citizens customer, stay away from this banks ATM.

This Citizens Bank is wonderful. Courtney and Donna assisted me in getting an acct opened while the online acct I signed up for was not successful. They wanted more information than necessary.
