By the way you can’t permanently close a checking account I found out after years of being with them. They’re able to charge fees forever I guess. Kind of a scam! ?

Gm call in this morning concerning fraud was very confused how citizens allow this to happen again with the same people wasn’t getting anything accomplished with customer service so I decided to speak to the branch never received the worst customer service from the manager very disappointed she could care less and gave me attitude I let her know I was recording the call for record because how rude unacceptable will be closing my account

If you recently moved, check the stack of coupons you received from the Post Office. I redeemed a $225 promotional coupon for opening a pretty basic (not a lot of money) checking account. You probably can, too.

This is Not this Citizens bank but to all citizens bank. After spending six years and two deployment I have it up to here with this bank. After how this bank treated me on online is horrible and now helping me when I call. With an wait time of 20 minutes. I tried for three weeks to setup an account with a outside bank and after I email all the information to them three times. This bank is still not helping me. I recommend switching banks or not using this bank at all.

I am a new customer and just recently joined Citizens Bank. This is my learning. 1. You can park in the garage and they will validate 2. I opened a Business and Personal Account 3. Great Service Kayla Gilroy was a tremendous help. I reach out to Citizens Bank to understand requirements for opening a business account. She informed me what I would need · Articles of Incorporation · Corporate Resolution/ Certificate of Incumbency · EIN We had a successful meeting. She linked my business accounts with my personal accounts (so I only have to log into one system). Everything went very good. Kudos to the branch and the bank.

The employees at this branch are always friendly and knowledgeable. They make me feel welcome and comfortable, especially Larry, Kayla, and Nicholas, as well as the manager (cannot remember her name). They are additionally professional in all aspects and I look forward to many more years of a positive banking relationship with them.

No free parking, long lines. Some employees are very friendly which is why I go here--still. They need to hire more people, employees appear stretched thin. Typical I guess.
