I have both private and professional accounts here. My experience over many years now has been the tellers and personal bankers do all they can to ensure the financial transaction is accurate and complete to your satisfaction. I find when you treat someone servicing you with kindness, you will receive back, perhaps over time, the interaction you prefer. This is a busy location sometimes due to other former locations no longer offering personal banking. Diloja, Darienne, Asia and the new branch manager have been helpful and see that any need I have is met completely no matter how busy they get. I am so happy not to just be pointed to the ATM and told to just use that as other branches have done in the past. As a senior, I am "old school" and appreciate the personal interaction with this welcoming team.

Tried to call to get them to email my bank information to me so I could set up my uber payment, not only did they outsource me and hang up on me multiple times, the manager also hung up on me. Most ignorant and unprofessional people I have met in a long time??.

Absolutely terrible. Not just the branch but Citizens as a whole. I have made FIVE (5) attempts now to change my address.The first attempt was on the phone. Change didn't take at all. Second was on the phone. Got the address wrong. Tried once in plum borough and they refused to give me paperwork for my change of address and the address was wrong. This place was my fourth (4) attempt they printed my bank statement refused to mail it and STILL got the address wrong!I don't usually get this upset but is this the standard for society now? I'm going to have to miss work over this and to say I am fed up is to say the ocean is damp. It's ONE LINE of text, how hard can it be?I will never, ever recommend any Citizens to anyone. Ever.

So sloooooooooow. Everyone has a problem. Tooooo much talking to customers. 35 minutes to deposit a check. This is EVERYTIME I go to this bank.

This Citizens Bank Branch is the worst. The management is rude, apathetic towards their customers and don't know the first thing about customer service. Giant Eagle does a great diservice to their customers by partnering with such a poorly run service. Do not do business with Citizens Bank in general if you don't want to lose money rather than effectively managing or making a few pennies. It won't happen here. You will lose your hard earned money through their many fees. Don't think they know the meaning of customer service but more importantly, they don't care either. Eventually, it will catch up to them - hopefully sooner rather than later.
