If you are a small business owner, do not bank with Citizens! They are predatory in their fees and unwilling to work with new businesses during trying times. The absolute worst bank for new businesses! I am leaving and going to WesBanco.

I’d give zero if I could! Will steal your money and blame you for their systems being inconsistent. Money transfers taking days sometimes when normally take minutes then charge you overdraft fees. I’ve got a list a mile long on these folks…Bunch of criminals with clowns working for them.

Good customer service is hard to come by. I visited this location for the 1st time about a fraud issue, and the banker's customer service was horrible. Ms J Robinson was eager to say, 'I can't help you'. There was no optimism, and this was before she even looked at the computer. What ever happened to taking things, one step at a time and doing what you can do. I wouldn't recommend anyone doing any business that can't be done at the teller, at this Branch.

Inconvenient all around since they've moved. I got 8 mos on a loan with them and I can move up to Chase at their old CONVENIENT location with parking. I never have a good experience coming here.Staff is very nice though. It's not their fault.

OK bank. The new facility isn't as nice or as convenient as when it was on E. Ohio Street with plenty of parking. Now it's hit or miss, especially with all of the construction they do around downtown.

Went at 4:45 pm. Sign on the door says 24 hour ATM in lobby. Doors were locked. How is someone supposed to use the ATM when the doors are locked?

This is Not this Citizens bank but to all citizens bank. After spending six years and two deployment I have it up to here with this bank. After how this bank treated me on online is horrible and now helping me when I call. With an wait time of 20 minutes. I tried for three weeks to setup an account with a outside bank and after I email all the information to them three times. This bank is still not helping me. I recommend switching banks or not using this bank at all.

Terrible customer service. Customer care reps are incapable of handing anything. And the manager is never around. No matter how many messages you leave for the manager, there is never a call back. Biggest mistake of opening a CD here. They don't let you close it unless you physically take a day off and go in the 10 day grace period even if you notify them in advance you don't want it renewed. It's a big scam. Would never have an account here again.
