Took our vehicle there for a repair after a winter accident. The transaction was seamless, Allen was great at communicating with me when I called a few days early to see if it was ready (which it was!). I really appreciate the detail they had when I called to see if it was done and they called my phone number back even though it wasn’t on the original work order. The detail helped me surprise my husband with the vehicle - which he was SO excited about! Thanks guys, will be back if we ever need more work done!

They are the best. I am a single mom, my car is my lifeline. My recent car troubles had me in a panic and I did not have a mechanic I could trust. These guys completely put my mind at ease and were honest with me. I got my car back quick and I didn’t feel like I got punched in the gut with the price. They were so nice! My mind is completely because now I know of something goes wrong with mine or my daughter’s car we have people we can trust fixing them.

Chuck's Auto Body is the only place I will take my vehicles for body work! Fast, friendly, affordable service. Made my truck look brand new after I hit a turkey going 75 mph. Definitely recommend!

My Murano has 114k miles. It has about a 5" rusty spot on the passenger door. They would rather change out the door than cut and weld (if necessary) the spot. This then goes from a hundred dollar fix to a thousand dollar fix. Not worth it.

Robbing people. Nothing done that was agreed upon was done. They didn't even fully paint the fender. The inside where the wheel is was unpainted. Panels weren't lined up. Inner wheelwell rubs tire. Didn't inspect it and left me drive away out of inspection. $1700 for a $600 job.

This place is AWESOME!! I HIGHLY RECOMMEND THEM!!! This is the place to go if you are a woman who knows nothing about cars. This generation family owned business won't cheat you, will explain everything to you, won't give you the run around, and will actually help you out. My family and I have been going to them for over 15 years and won't trust our vehicles to anyone else. They are also very nice, kind, and just over all a pleasure to work with.

My experience with Chuck's boy shop was extremely disappointing. Initially, they told me that my car would be repaired within a few weeks. However, shortly after I dropped off my vehicle, they changed their word and informed me that the repair would take two months. I found their behavior very dishonest. I would not recommend this body shop to anyone. It is unfortunate that I was referred to Chuck's by a Toyota dealer. I may have to inform them to stop referring customers to this untrustworthy establishment.

Really Impressed, went with small damage to bumper and a broken fog light. I expected a few hundred quote, instead 30 minutes later all repaired, at no cost. Incredible service and have found my shop! Thanks Brian and friendly staff!
