I used to be a big Chicos fan. But the last two years I noticed prices creeping up....fast! Crazy high prices have forced me to shop elsewhere and online. Also, the Chicos in the Galleria Mt Lebanon in Pittsburgh PA is permanently gone. What?!? Huge mistake.

My wife went there for a pair of pants. Just as in their previous location, nobody greeted or assisted her for quite some time. After asking for help, one of the clerks was going to look to see if the pants were available in a different size. After another long wait, my wife approached the clerk and inquired about the other size. The clerk had forgotten to check. The one star is due to horrendous customer service.
