I recently opened both checking and savings accounts at this Chase location and couldn’t be happier with my experience. The level of service I’ve received from both Joe and Eric is second to none. I appreciate that when I opened my accounts the Branch Manager RJ thanked me for my business and banking with Chase. I look forward to banking with Chase and this East Liberty location for a long time.

This is the best bank in Pittsburgh!!!!!Every single person who works here is so approachable, kind, patient, and goes FAR ABOVE AND BEYOND to help their customers. The culture at this bank is unparalleled. I seriously cannot say enough good things about these people Thank you to the branch manager RJ and the rest of the team for all of your help!!! If I could give 500 stars I would!

Like all the previous reviewers: I think Chase should send all their employees to this branch for training. This is how you run a bank. They are super polite, take their time, are very friendly, appreciate you as a client. I know a chase branch or two where all that is not the case. And Joseph Barone is absolutely great at his job. Just what you need when you walk into a branch for the first time.Highly recommended

I’ve been with chase bank , specially the east liberty location for about a month & it’s a great bank. My personal banker Joseph Barone is an awesome banker. He’s been with me every step of the way , & will be on going ! I appreciate all the work he does .

Joseph Barone has been very helpful with all the information. He was very patient with me and went over and above to help me since I am pretty new to finance and investment. Would recommend everyone to visit Chase branch and talk to him for any financial advise. He is one of the best!!

I recently had the pleasure of visiting this branch of Chase Bank and I am thoroughly impressed with the level of service I received. From the moment I walked in, the staff were welcoming and attentive.I didn't book a meeting but still I didn't have to wait long, and everything was handled smoothly.I must give a special commendation to Mr. Barone. His knowledge and professionalism were exceptional. He took the time to address all my inquiries and went above and beyond to ensure that I had a seamless experience.I highly recommend this branch to anyone in need of banking services.

Another great experience with Chase that makes me proud to bank with the company. Beautiful new location with a wonderful staff, including Joseph who helped me get my new credit card. Won't hesitate to come back here whenever I require assistance.
