I was nervous about bringing my 6 month old with me to open a savings account, but Julian was so welcoming and happy to work with us! She even helped keep my little girl entertained while I worked on my forms, and was thoughtful enough to open the blinds so the baby could see outside. She made the process so smooth and quick! Thank you so much Julian, we will be back to see you again soon!

tldr:1) Don't EVER bank with Chase.2) Don't even consider this location for ANY services.Longer story:After using Chase credit card and mortgage services, we decided to create a checking/savings account. I've never regretted a financial decision more.Because the account was created online and a large amount deposited into it (100k+), it was locked and flagged. ID's had to be presented in person to get the account unlocked.That's inconvenient. But what's ridiculous is that the freezing of this account blocked me from accessing ANY of my chase accounts online. That means I couldn't check credit card balances, charges, or make any payments.I came into this location to present ID's and get the account unlocked. Steve Saunders (relationship banker) assured me this would be no sweat and would get things sent off immediately. I followed up 6 days later with Chase over the phone and was told no ID's had been submitted. They literally said "take it up with your banker. It's in his hands."Circling back with Steve, now one week later, resulted in a voicemail stating that everything had been submitted/he just submitted. This is over a week later. I waited a few days and called Chase to inquire as the status of the funds and was told the account had been closed because no ID's were received. The final date to prevent closing the account was the day after I received a voicemail from Steve.You can imagine how frustrating that was. More than 100k was now in limbo. Was it Steve? Was it the people over the phone? The only thing I knew was that I had no confidence in having Steve Saunders involved.So I went to another Chase location. An hour later, I'm assured that a check is on it's way. Will be overnighted and arrive early the following week.3 weeks have passed. The check still hasn't arrived.So again, I advise:1) Don't EVER bank with Chase.2) Don't even consider this location for ANY services.

Kelly was extremely nice, went above and beyond trying to solve the problem that I had with another bank. I really appreciate her attitude, professionalism, knowledge and patience. ?

Has an appointment to open a new business account and the manager who was supposed to assist me wasn’t there they said he had an emergency and could be there in 45 minutes! There was no one else who could assist me so I took my business elsewhere! People have lives and responsibilities that’s why we have appointments and schedules!!

Very DISSATISFIED! Never have I ever been into a Bank that says you have to make an appointment to open an account! Proceeded to my car to call another CHASE bank in which I talked to someone at the East Ohio location , who then stated that you should be able to make an account without appointment at ANY CHASE branch upon walk in and that if I was able to make it by 5pm I could open one there.Very much out of MY WAY.You put A NEW BRANCH IN WITH BLACK WORKERS, you get BLACK service!
