Not this location but Chase is horrible banking in general! I have a southwest credit card thru them unfortunately. One day I log in and poof, the credit card is gone from my screen never to be found! Called Chase, they'll 'work on it' after a week I still haven't heard back... if you want me to pay down my balance before it's due. You need to give me online access to my credit card again, frickin' A Chase it's not rocket science FFS! Also the number is wrong on your 2 step Auth page, I've asked you to change that too!Thank you

There are no measures in place to return someone's card when the ATM malfunctions and won't give it back. I was chastised by a blond woman on their staff for using my debit card to get cash at all. She followed this up with some word salad about never using a debit card at the ATM, which makes no sense as this is the quickest way for me to get cash. They made it seem as if it was my fault this happened.

I love this bank, I am always greeted when I walk in, the staff is always going above and beyond to make sure my banking experience is positive! I would also like to recognize Joe at this specific location—my 6 year old son came into the branch with me as he loves the lollipops they usually have. Unfortunately they were out this time but Joe said hold on I may have something better than a lollipop, he went in the back and came out with a chase plastic piggy bank. This is a great example of how to make customers (and their little ones) feel appreciated and happy to do business with Chase. Thanks Joe, you really made my sons day and are a true asset to the company!!

When my mom and I went to pay a debt for my father/her husband, they got us situated. Kacey was very nice & the other employee at the desk who greeted us was very empathetic, which made us feel better. It is very odd that a financial institution makes it so difficult to let people pay the debts on behalf of their family members.

I was trying to cash a check that has my name misspelled and waited over 15min and was treated as if i was trying to rob them so they refused to cash it! So I went to the other Chase bank on Duncan ave took them less than 5min to get it all done without any issues!

Waste of time. One of the worst customer service experiences in bank services. Simply tried to open an account. During the first visit their network went down. Finally, during the second one they set up an account promising that my card will arrive in 5-7 business days. It arrived in three weeks. My first name was misspelled on the card and all documents. Chase customer service hotline advised me to come to the office and to fix the issue there. I arrived to the office the same day, it took them another hour to "fix"the issue. I signed all they needed on their computer. Later in the day I received a phone call from them that I have to come in AGAIN to sign some forms on paper now. This was never mentioned previously. If you choose this Chase office, it will take you 4 visits to set up an account. Each visit in around a hour. Nearest PNC will do the same task in one visit.

I like to go to this branch for chase because Casey and Mary Beth are always on top of trying to take care of you. The atmosphere is friendly and the bankers are always trying to help you with whatever concern you need with.

Shame on Chase Bank for funding the construction of the Line 3 pipeline which illegally runs over indigenous land and threatens the public health of local residents and wildlife. How greedy do you have to be to run a pipeline through a river as important as the Mississippi? Divest from this disastrous project and the immoral fossil fuel industry.

The bankers went above and beyond with helping me to open Business and Personal Account, briefly explaining options and recommending the right ones. All employees were super nice! I worked with Bernie, totally recommend this Bank and this specific location!!!
