I was in a car accident recently and brought my car to Centerline Collision - Willow to be fixed. A few days later, the shop owner, Joe, personally called me to explain that the car is not going to be able to be fixed and he explained what next steps look like. He offered to be a helpful resource as I work through next steps with insurance, and spent a lot of time answering my questions. A few days later I called back to explain I can't grab my items from my car for a few more days. An employee (I believe Evan was his name) answered and let me know that there isn't a rush for me to come, was extremely kind and understanding, and also provided some guidance on how to proceed with next steps. This shop goes above and beyond for their customers and I couldn't recommend them more!

Unequivocally the best service and customer experience we’ve ever had with a Shop. Evan took especially good care of us, communicating throughout the experience, bringing his expertise to the table and helped make what could’ve been an expensive, frustrating experience one that we ended up enjoying.

Very knowledgeable staff and great service! Evan kept me updated on the progress of my car and the bald tattooed tech (I think his name is Anthony) made sure my car looked as good as new!

Stating that I’ve had the pleasure to have multiple reasons to sing the praises of Centerline Collision in Castle Shannon is a bit of an oxymoron. However lve been fortunate to have such an outstanding business to turn to in my community.
They are first and foremost honest, transparent and experts in the field.
You really never want to be on a first name basis with a collision company but I’m happy to say Joe is the best at what he does and this company is top notch.

Just picked up my Avalon earlier today and I must say that I am very impressed with the quality of the work performed and the communication from Joe P. and staff as the repair work progressed. When I picked my car up, Joe even showed me photos taken during the repair process and described in detail the work performed. The level of customer care provided is at a level rarely seen these days. I can't recommend Centerline highly enough. Keep up the great work!

I've now used Centerline Collision on Willow twice and have nothing but good things to say! Staff was kind and professional during all phone calls, estimate appointment, drop off appointment, and pick up. It was a breeze to work with them and my insurance company, and I will definitely recommend them to anyone needing auto body work.

My previous body shop closed and I was frantic when my SUV needed repairs after it was hit while parked in a downtown garage. My insurance company suggested Centerline and after reading the reviews, I had them schedule me for an estimate. I was shocked when I learned that the tech, Tyler, performing the inspection would also be responsible for repairs. You don't get that kind of knowledge from the dealerships or the "chain" shops!During the inspection, Joe also came out to take a look at my SUV. I expressed how irritating it was that the sensor on my back bumper was continuously beeping like I was going to run over an entire playground of preschoolers ever since my vehicle was hit. Joe, being from a Toyota loving family as well, got down on the GRAVEL and was able to pop out the sensor so I didn't have to get driven insane while I was waiting for my repair appointment!Seriously, these guys are amazing. From Mandy at the front desk being so upbeat and ready to chat when I walked in the door to the day I picked up my truck - Tyler offered to stay a few minutes so I could pick up my baby same day - this was hands down the best experience I've ever had with vehicle repairs.Tell your friends! I know I did.
