I actually was referred to them for a bit of help from 211 a few months ago. When I reached out to try to receive some help they not only took over a month to get back to me, their doors were locked downtown and when they did reply they referred me back to 211! I'm confused about what it is they really do here?! The two issues I had 211 Said they know they could help me because that's what they're listed for via resources. I have another friend who needed help... same issues quicker response. Don't say you have a program to help with certain things if you dont.

Absolutely Worthless! Was Promised a Gift Card after a Fire in June of 2022 in my Apartment Building that I've Never Received. Sophie, who was my Contact Person made contact with me a couple of times & said she would call me back when the Gift Card came in since it Needed to be Ordered & I would Need an Appointment once it came in to come in to pick it up. I Never heard from her AGAIN. I've Called but I conveniently Receive an Automated Message that her Voicemail is Full. These People apparently Pick & Choose Who they Help & Who they don't.More like Scammers than they are there to Help anyone.I'd bet IF you're Interested in Donating chances of actually reaching someone might be better since all the main Phone # does is give you even more of a run around.SHAMEFUL!!

This was a last resort after being refused care elsewhere. Was experiencing medical need, was repeatedly lied to on phone, went in person as they suggested, they then turned me away and accused me of child abuse and called cps because I was unable to walk due to chronic injuries after childbirth. Evil and cruel. I hope they do good for others because they did not for me.

They used to be such a wonderful place for people needing work without coverage to cost it but they have gone downhill the past few years. They have dental students doing the work which wouldn't be an issue if a licensed dentist checked their work. I have discovered that to fix work they did wrong would cost me thousands of dollars which I don't have so I have to live in pain or lose my teeth. They tell you to bring a treatment plan if you have one but then don't even follow it!! It takes them an entire year to fix one tooth! They play games with their scheduling. So forget about trying to get the teeth they messed up fixed. Absolutely horrible and I have no idea how it's legal to have students do the work unsupervised in the first place. Don't go there.
