David Johns was amazing to work with! I spent one year at Carson Street Commons and it was amazing. If I didn't have to leave PA I would have stayed there longer. Everyone from maintenance to office staff was incredible and always had a quick response to any needs. I highly recommend!!

People that work here are so nice and helpful! Whenever we put in a maintenance request they can very quickly and were the best! We really enjoyed our time here!

My wife and I are moving to Pittsburgh this July, and we are super excited to live in Carson Street Commons. We did tons of research and spoke to many leasing consultants, and Chris DeLuca from Carson Street Commons was one of the main reasons we chose to lease here. We were initially fond of its location, price, and interior design, and Chris' excellent customer service really sealed the deal for us. He was concise and yet provided the necessary details. Chris essentially made us feel like he really cared about our interests and was happy to help with just about anything.
I will come back to this post after we move in to provide some updates. For now, I highly doubt that I will make any changes to the rating.

I've been living at Carson Street since 2020 and still love it, mostly because of the great Leasing Office and maintenance people. I use the online Cafe to request maintenance work in my apartment and it doesn't take them long at all! to address my concerns: refrigerator filter, window crank, dishwasher panel, closet door ... I know this list doesn't seem like big things, but the apartment I have is beautiful and I like keeping it that way. I know rents all over the city are high, so the maintenance and Leasing Office personnel help make this place above average in the city.

This has been a wonderful place to live - in walking distance to the grocery store, multiple coffee shops, a pharmacy, two dog parks, and tons of restaurants. Also, the staff is so very kind and friendly toward my dog, which makes living here even more fun and welcoming! :)

I was in a pinch with moving between jobs and the staff at Carson Street Commons were amazing in accommodating my specific situation. They went above and beyond to work with me on short notice and I was able to renew for an extra month. I've never had a landlord before who has personally advocated for me like the staff at CSC. 5/5 would totally recommend!

The maintenance staff at Carson St is absolutely wonderful! Every member of the team is incredibly kind, personable, and genuinely a joy to interact with. They are all so sweet to our dog who looks around the complex every day for the maintenance golf carts, and the staff gives him treats if he spots them. They are timely and efficient for work orders, minor or major, and are respectful and clearly care about what they do. I cannot express enough that if you are considering Carson St Commons, the maintenance staff is a huge positive - my girlfriend bakes them cookies we love them so much! Thank you to you all!

My roommate and I have happily lived here for roughly nine months and have begun the process of renewing our lease. Our experience at Carson Street Commons has been nothing short of amazing! Our leasing agent was phenomenal from the beginning, and the property manager has made our renewing process painless and was overjoyed at our news of wanting to continue our time at the commons. We have had multiple encounters with the maintenance staff and they have come prepared and willing to tackle any and every issue we have had. The units themselves are very spacious, have great appliances, and are very clean upon move-in. The location has felt very secure to the both of us, and the convenience of Aldi on the corner, a beautiful walking trail right next to the river, surrounding restaurants, and exciting nightlife within a few short blocks made it an easy decision to move into the commons and inevitably extend our time here. I cannot express enough how much I would recommend you join this wonderful community!

I’ve loved lived at Carson Street Commons the last two years. It was the perfect place to live throughout graduate school! Great location that’s close to campus and it’s a growing area with awesome places to eat and shop!

The internet speed has become slower after the recent change, specifically when we're trying to work from phone or laptop - though we are expecting to get better speed soon, as assured by the leasing office. The utility bill ($75 internet+ $120 water bill we have to pay with the rent; gas = $120 approx.) is very high. Previously, we used Comcast and paid $51/month for internet, but now we have to pay internet bill of $75/month with rent. Apart from high utility bills, staying in Carson St commons is hassle-free. Leasing office staffs are friendly, responsive. Location of the apt is great.
