Zack and Sarah assisted me. Their service was excellent all very knowledgeable and update on any questions I had asked them! Sarah was extremely attentive and very quick to answer no matter what time of the day it was. Zack has now sold me 2 cars and both experiences have been awesome and smooth and wholesome. However my only complaint would be the car itself. I had purchased a 2018 Chevy Colorado with only 30,000 miles on it a few dents which will be repaired by the dealership free of charge and a provided loner vehicle. However after what I thought was a great test drive turned out not to be. The truck landed back at CarShop 5 days after I had bought it for transmission issues I’m sure this was to no fault of the dealership but when a customer has problems off the lot you provide them a loaner you don’t leave them stranded. I would still conderiser buying from CarShop in the future but never be afraid to ask for a second test drive as I was! Great company overall and great personnel as well I still do and always will recommend this company! We are all not perfect!

Great experience. No hassle as I walked the parking lot looking at inventory. I had a car transferred from Cranberry to test drive. I didn’t choose that vehicle and there was no issues with transferring it back. I did pay for a transfer from another Car Shop and that ended up being the vehicle I chose. I worked with 2 sales associates Tanner & Jake and it was a pleasant process with zero pressure. I am very satisfied with my new purchase.

Went in for a trade in price, where I was told I needed an exhaust manifold (4k job) when I just needed a $13 gasket and 15mins of work. As a mechanic it’s truly sad to see a shop scamming customers, gives us all a bad name.

Before buying a used car from this business, I would recommend trying another car dealership. I purchased a Jeep Grand Cherokee (30k miles) a few months ago and now I have to replace the entire transmission. THEY DO NOT SERVICE THEIR VEHICLES. DO NOT PURCHASE A VEHICLE FROM CARSHOP.

I recently moved out of state and sold my car to carshop and it was a pleasant experience from start to finish. I specifically went with Carshop over Carvana because at Carshop there were actual humans to speak to who worked with you and answered all of your questions. Moreover, the people at Carshop care. I was really pleased, their service went above and beyond what I expected.
Not only was the service great, but they gave me an estimate significantly higher than Carvana. After doing my in person estimate, I was in and out within 1 hour and received my check within two weeks. A huge thank you to Andrew and Tanner for making selling my car a breeze. Would 10/10 go to carshop Robinson for any future car purchasing/selling.
